The customer service provided by Micah was excellent when going for an oil change. After the mechanic found a problem unknown to us prior to the inspection, Micah arranged for the repair to be done same day. She scheduled an Uber for me since the repair would take several hours and also scheduled a return Uber when the repair was completed and the car was ready. She also found the best coupon for me as a return customer and someone who purchased a car from this dealership. I am very satisfied with the customer service and work performed. I'm also appreciative that they had the necessary parts in stock required to perform the repair work.

Went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Tried to upsell me to air & cabin filters and windshield wipers, clearly not needed on a 17 month old purchase with 18,000 miles. When I got truck back the interior had been messed with. Passenger seat laid out flat and full of crumbs. Driver seat up as high and as close to steering wheel as possible. Couldn’t get in the truck without resetting. Granted, probably not a big deal or intentional, but it’s pretty sloppy work. I certainly wouldn’t go out of my way to go there again.

Though I loved working with my salesperson, I have been very disappointed in Kia Country. The air conditioning in my new 2025 Niro does not work. I was told that a part would have to be ordered and that I would be contacted when the part arrived. Kia never called. After ten days, I called and was told it had arrived seven days earlier. Then I was told I would have to wait one month to get the part installed. When I complained, I was told I could drop off my car and borrow a loaner so that my car could get fixed more quickly. It's been three weeks, and no one has called. When I called today, they said they'd get right back to me with a date of completion. It's been hours and still no call.

We own a RAM 6.7 Cummins Diesel and have had unsatisfactory experiences with service departments at several of the RAM dealers in the Carolinas. We found Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM a few years ago and have had outstanding experiences. Their service department staff embody small town values. They are trustworthy, do quality work, and are extremely fairly priced. Appointments always start on-time and they get us out quickly. They saved us a ton of money on a recent brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing for our dually. We drive an hour to get to Camden/Lugoff, but the drive is worth the time. I don’t trust anyone else to service our truck.

I am so thankful for Lugoff Ford! They diagnosed my truck's ECM problem in less than four hours, acquired the part the next day, and then fixed it the day after! I took my truck to Lugoff after my local Ford dealer in Sumter kept my truck for six days with an insufficient diagnosis and solution. Customer service at Lugoff was amazing...my service advisor Rachel was so professional and kept me expertly updated throughout my experience at this location. I highly recommend Lugoff Ford for any vehicle repairs!

The mechanics do a thorough analysis and let you know up front what needs to be addressed and how much it will cost. Very pleased with them so far! I have been to many, many dealerships in my lifetime, but my overall experience with this Service Department has been the most negative ever. Everytime I pulled into the service bay, I had to get out of the car and go inside to receive service. Instructions and expectations pertaining to the drop-off for warranty work was not adequately articulated. Thus I ended up leaving the car unexpectedly for several days. No courtesy vehicle service was available. I was told that Kia does not offer such a service. Overall communication with alleged service department professionals was a big bust!! 😔
