Terrible service departmeent and no loaners. I had a few issues with my (in warranty) Range Rover, including a serious safety issue. Getting an appointment was a nightmare -as tends to be with this dealership. After much begging, they gave me an appointment a week out, with the promise of being able to get a loaner that day for me to take. The evening before the appointment, I get a text saying "we're sorry but we don't have any loaner to give you tomorrow". This has happened EVERY time I have had to service my car the past 3 years at this dealership. They ended up telling me they could get me a hertz rental. I get a mini-van that smelled very bad and had a major startup issue. Several days later, no news of my car being ready. I called and was told they hadn't even put it in the shop. Why would they give me an appointment and not service my car until 4 days later? I had also requested that a wheel/ rim needed to be fixed after some damage, they couldn't quite figure out warranty coverge but said I would need to bring my car back at a another appointment for that. My car was there for two weeks, why couldn't they have arranged it then? I got my car back 2 weeks later, with the same issues that I was told were fixed, and the wheel not fixed.
I love Range Rovers, but with my lease coming to an end, makes me really think twice about owning another Land Rover. I don't want to deal with this dealership. The other closest one is over 2 hours away. Jordan was very nice throughout, i just don't think the dealership service dept is well run, probably not his fault.
