I am an active-duty military member stationed on Fort Campbell, KY. I tried to purchase a 2025 Crosstrek in Atlanta. GA while on leave. The Kennesaw Subaru dealership found the model Subaru that I wanted in Nashville. I was heading back to FTCKY that day and the Nashville Subaru crew stayed late to facilitate my purchase after hours. Noah was great. My gripe is that I went in to have a wider arm replaced that had been damaged in a car wash. I ordered the part, but I was never contacted to say that the part was in. I stopped in on my way home two weeks later and the part was in. The service department replaced the part in 10 minutes, awesome, but I had needed the rear wiper the week prior and a call would have been nice. Love the store and I will take my crosstrek back for all maintenance. Paxton

I brought my 2014 Crosstrek in for routine maintenance and other servicing in March 2024. All of their staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. More specifically, Falicha N dealt with my service needs, and she was awesome! She truly went above and beyond what I had expected coming in! She contacted my extended warranty company several times on my behalf to ensure that the maximum amount was covered, so I would have fewer out of pocket costs. She also was able to get me in a loaner car for the entire duration of my repairs without additional cost to me. If at any point there was an unexpected delay, Falicha was very communicative and empathetic. She was also wonderful in referring me to helpful resources for future servicing needs. All around a great experience and would highly recommend them to any Subaru (or non Subaru) owners for servicing and maintenance.

I could go into great detail about my experience with this dealership since buying a new Subaru there in 2016. Had a recent service problem which continued to escalate into other problems. The service manager was so unprofessional, she never returned any messages. We ended up having to deal with the general manager which also took several trips. The customer should be taken care of the first time.

I visited Pro Auto to get my car detailed. The owner Kirk greeted me and was very professional and knowledgable of the questions and concerns i had about my car. I was sold in seconds on the service. They got me in and did a wonderful job. The employees had a high skill level and completed my car to exceed my expectaions. I know they do alot of business, but i felt like i was a top customer. They also started a car sales lot. Looks like these guys are growing and doing well. No wonder. Great experience.
