I could go into great detail about my experience with this dealership since buying a new Subaru there in 2016. Had a recent service problem which continued to escalate into other problems. The service manager was so unprofessional, she never returned any messages. We ended up having to deal with the general manager which also took several trips. The customer should be taken care of the first time.

I visited Pro Auto to get my car detailed. The owner Kirk greeted me and was very professional and knowledgable of the questions and concerns i had about my car. I was sold in seconds on the service. They got me in and did a wonderful job. The employees had a high skill level and completed my car to exceed my expectaions. I know they do alot of business, but i felt like i was a top customer. They also started a car sales lot. Looks like these guys are growing and doing well. No wonder. Great experience.
