It was only going to take one and half hours. The time was done on time. The waiting area was very clean. I would use them to service my vehicle again. If I needed a new vehicle I would purchase one from them. Keep up the great work.

I have brought my 2023 Chevy Tahoe in 4 times to get the radio and car charger fixed. I’m told that their is nothing they can do, but can call me when they get it figured out. Never heard of a dealer saying that. I brought it in and they tell me at 2:45 that the guy had to leave and didn’t want to help me. Never heard from the manager either. I have bought several Chevrolets and never been treated like this from Lone Star Chevrolet.

Five stars for Honda Cars of McKinney! In the year that we have been customers, we have had nothing but good experiences. Some places will charm you to get you to purchase a vehicle, and then getting that vehicle serviced becomes a headache - that is not the case with Honda Cars of McKinney. Their service department is especially top notch. Each time I've brought my vehicle in for work I have been greeted with a smile and prompt service. They take the time to hear my concerns and they ask questions to make sure they understand the problem. We have had regular maintenance, recall work and now they've handled a warranty issue for us most recently. Steve Knowles is a pleasure to work with. He is cheerful, professional and prepared. He had all the paperwork and information I needed ready to review which allowed me to be on my way without having to stand around waiting for someone to help me or find the appropriate paperwork. If you're looking for somewhere to have your vehicle cared for, you can't go wrong with Honda Cars of McKinney.

I bought my 2024 Silverado new in January 2025. From having the aftermarket step rails installed, servicing the Pickup, and having an electrical issue that was no fault of Chevrolet, Keating Chevrolet Dealership, or myself. It was handled. They worked me into the Schedule and made sure the Vehicle was going to be safe and run like it should. The Service Department is one of the best. The day before I took it in, it was 6:30pm and they answered the phone. Listened to me and determined that it was still safe to drive. Arrived this morning, told what I did which was check to be sure the battery was still charged, and then let the Mechanic deal with it. And the Mechanics at Keating are Excellent. So from Sales, Service, Parts Department which I've had excellent service from, and Chevrolet Support. You will be treated right at Keating Chevrolet.

I've been taking our Kia Souls to MORITZ Kia for nearly 8 years and I cannot recommend their service dept enough! They are honest, quick, affordable & professional!! I took my car in for a maintenance appointment to get the oil changed, as well diagnostics on a reoccurring check engine light. One of the best things about getting service & oil change is their free multi-point car inspection. Micheal in the service department was wonderful to work with in facilitating my car repairs. The check engine light was going off due to a larger issue issue which can sometimes be thousands of dollars. Michael saved the day when he said repairs could be made with a computer key he would obtain. Hallelujah!! THANK YOU Moritz Kia and Michael in the service dept! You have earned by service for life and my lifetime of word-of-mouth referrals to Moritz!!
