Austin was professional, helpful, and made the process smooth and enjoyable. The finance manager was also outstanding—clear, efficient, and made everything easy to understand. I have bought many vehicles from Dealers in my 70 years of existence and dealt with many Service Depts. and making a long long story short all I can say is this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a service dept , Lacey was my service wrighter and she was allways on it kept me informed of everything that was going on with my truck that another dealer in Vegas had totally messed up on , I now have my truck back and it runs better than ever , So Thank You Lacey and Bret for everything

The service advisor was great! That’s why I gave the 5 star rating. However, they wanted approx $750 for main battery and auxiliary battery plus $200 for just bringing it in. I decided to replace the batteries myself. Both batteries would cost me $450 and 20 minutes of my time. When I picked up my car the battery voltage for the main battery it was showing was right where it should be. Nothing wrong with the main battery. Purchased the auxiliary battery for $200, paid them their $200 and saved $500. I do not mind being told something may need to be replaced soon, but I will not tolerate anywhere that tells me something is bad when it’s not. Then to overcharge that much is crazy. Honestly would go a long way to repair the damage to the Shottenkirk name. I guess they are not interested in doing that. Again, the service advisor was great!! The tech….not so much!!

Would highly recommend. They restored my vehicle window tinting and inside detailing that another company had messed up. Allen Samuels staff was great to me -- when I came in I carried frustration from the other company that messed up my car -- they listened answered and got my car where it needed to be.
