The service desk focuses on ‘service’ to the customer. They are knowledgeable and their communication skills are beyond reproach. I took my Subaru for a scheduled oil change, I asked for The Works as I had received a notice from Subaru for a recall on a latch. As that required a trip to Midland, wait time at dealership & return - I surely did not was additional services there. Troy & Jeff took care and attention.

The service department is excellent. Trisha Williams our Service Advisor went above all reasonable expectations to find the parts needed and to take care of our Santa Fa and us. She even made a way for us to get home when we found out the parts would have to be ordered. The next day she stayed in contact with us and made sure we knew what was happening. The dealership is very clean and several employees talked to us and made sure we were ok.

I took my 2017 Ford escape with 47K miles to Mac Haik's - brian

I took my 2017 Ford escape with 47K miles to Mac Haik's Southway Ford (that I bought from them) and paid $185 for a diagnostic because it was running rough. They read the codes and told me a needed a new engine that would cost $10k. I declined and they tried to sell me a new car. I took my car to a 3rd party shop and they fixed it by cleaning the fuel injectors. It has been running fine since. Mac Haik didn't even try to do a proper diagnoses of my car. They said that because they thought my car needed a new engine it would cost thousands of dollars for them to verify their suspicions by tearing it down and that I should just get a new engine or buy a new car and they would gladly put me in contact with a salesperson. Avoid Mac Haik at all costs, they are scammers and cheats and will try to wring you for every penny you have. Do not buy a car from them and do not trust them with your cars. Mac Haic is still calling me regularly trying to sell me a new car! SMH.

Repairs were covered by their in-house warranty with zero problems. These folks and John in service dept kept me informed and did everything they could to treat me like family. I highly recommend Tipton Ford. It's hard to.explain how accommodating they are.
