We are very pleased with both the service and sales departments at Family Toyota of Arlington. After a frustrating experience at another Toyota dealership—where they passed blame to Arlington over a snapped wheel stud—Arlington’s service manager Chris stepped up without hesitation and resolved the issue. While we waited, we ended up upgrading my husband’s car to a truck with the help of Patrick in sales. He made the process smooth and stress-free. The experience reminded us how far basic customer service can go. Not all dealerships are the same, and even though Arlington is a long drive for us, we truly trust that we’ll receive honest and reliable service every time we visit.

The company closed and I had bought a brand new car at the Pittsburg Faulkner. Have been unsuccessful on getting in touch with any of the employees and no numbers to be reached at for their service. No letter sent out or any call to let me know they were closing. I’m now trying to file a complaint with proof of paperwork and services to my vehicle.
