The service department is a disaster. You are treated like a cash register. Their prices are a moving target and they don't back Toyota products. I had a service appointment for 7am and was 4th inline. Only 1 rep was checking in cars (others were on their personal phones). As someone who is a service advisor in the automotive industry. I have to say it's nice to see that there are still some honest service reps who don't try to rip your head off with a bunch of nonsense up industry. I bought my wife a 20 4runner and traded in our 19 Vw Atlas. Everyone I spoke to recommended that I only deal with TJ and I'm glad I listened. He was absolutely great to deal with. Although I am able to perform service on my own vehicle at my dealership. I will continue to bring all 3 of my toyotas to this dealership and continue to deal with TJ. More

I went in to get my license plates installed on my new car. I was helped right away by a guy on the service drive. He took my car to put the plates on and when he returned it, it was washed and vacuumed t car. I was helped right away by a guy on the service drive.
