Excellent service department. These guys kept me up to date on everything going on with my truck. Will definitely be back for all my maintenance as they gave me a schedule of what my truck needs and when. My whole interaction with the service advisors and even the service manager made me feel like they actually care and were there to help, not just sell me stuff.

My only real complaint was I had tried online to get a trade in price on my RAV4 so a Claudia Garcia communicated with me online. I told her I would be in on Tuesday for an oil change so we could meet me then to discuss. Once there, I mentioned this but Claudia never showed up. They were going to look for her. Bottom line, Nate Arzehgar helped me get the trade-in price. He gets a thumbs up from me. Really helpful and I enjoyed talking to him. You need to keep him.

My big complaint is the fact that you won’t let us schedule an appt. We have to leave our jeep for what always turns out to be a minimum of a week (no matter what we need done) and a lot of times it’s a week before you even look at it! We need our vehicle!! We just moved to Texas 2 years ago and I’ve never heard of this type of service. Please change this!!
