The people who work at Shottenkirk are customer satisfaction specialists. Oil change and tire rotation for my Jeep Wrangler were completed in the most timely fashion. I was offered water and coffee, while in the spacious and comfortable waiting room. There is also a nice seating area outside for those who need to stretch their legs and breathe fresh air. I will be returning to them for all oil changes in the future.

Jonathan and Dominique went above and beyond for me. Jonathan listened to my concerns and was able to find out that I needed a new engine and that the one I had was still under warranty. Dominique monitored the oil usage over the next several weeks and communicated with the warranty department as well as keeping me informed of the progress that was being made toward getting the new engine. He placed me in a 2025 GLC300 loaner and I loved it so much that when I returned it, I told Chad I’m going to buy one today. He took me to Val, whom is also WONDERFUL. She is so sweet and caring, she’s like the sister you never had. When I say these two went ABOVE & BEYOND, they did just that! I honestly can’t say enough about these two and their customer service is beyond top tier!! They’re my sister and brother from another mother, lol. Needless to say, after I took home my new car, I brought my 23rd old daughter back to Val to purchase her a new Mercedes as well!!!
