My big complaint is the fact that you won’t let us schedule an appt. We have to leave our jeep for what always turns out to be a minimum of a week (no matter what we need done) and a lot of times it’s a week before you even look at it! We need our vehicle!! We just moved to Texas 2 years ago and I’ve never heard of this type of service. Please change this!!

Good, responsive service. I was originally at Ford to get my 2010 repaired, but when the costs of the repair became more than was reasonable to keep the car, they worked with me to offload my old vehicle and get me into a new one. As this was my first ever car payment, I was super hesitant. However, they were able to answer all the questions I had and alleviate and doubts I had with a new car. Now I'm FINALLY in an EV after thinking about it for the last few years. Thanks for helping me pull the trigger!!!
