I arrived at the dealership for oil and filter change, plus tire rotation. When they attempted to rotate the tires they could not find the special lug which is needed to remove the locking lug Nut. Nowhere in my vehicle could they find this special lun nut. The dealership replaced thus special lug nut with a new set and I was not charged a dime. This was true customer service...

We have to leave our jeep for what always turns out to be a minimum of a week (no matter what we need done) and a lot of times it’s a week before you even look at it! We need our vehicle!! We just moved to Texas 2 years ago and I’ve never heard of this type of service. Please change this!!
