i took my 22 Challenger in for service and car wash and left it for at least 7 days and they never washed it. They asked me to leave it another day to wash it and when I went to pick it up i find a dirty car. this is after a 60 mile one way trip. not good I have purchased several vehicles at this dealership but might question another. Great experience, everyone I dealt with was very professional. I dropped my truck off Tuesday night. The next day around noon they sent an Uber driver to pick me up and take me to the dealership. They fixed the abs recall, replaced my window switch and secured my passenger seat. Awesome experience.

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. - Very disappointed customer

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. Started seeing fluid on the ground whenever I parked the vehicle. Had my husband look at it and discovered oil was leaking on the ground. Tried to get service appt this past Fri and Sat but the message stated the service dept was closed. Needless to say I had to get the vehicle checked out and found out the the gasket was not tightened after the last oil change. Had to get a new oil change and thank goodness for that dealership’s expertise in analyzing and fixing the careless error of Tejas service department. Will never go back to Tejas now renamed Space City! Very costly error

I have a new Audi Q6. - Car

I have a new Audi Q6. Great car but it is a brand new model so a couple of software glitches were to be expected. After much research I was still unable to get my phone to work as a digital key. I called service and was connected with Tajim Smith who is an Audi Product Technologist. He worked with me and determined he needed to open a support request with Audi USA. That reply came back in a couple of days and Tajim followed through with the fix. There are a lot of people on Reddit AudiQ6 who are glad Tajim got it done because they have applied the same procedures to successfully get through the process now. Tajim is a personable, skilled and confident young man. I am happy to recommend him.

Absolutely Abysmal service. Had my truck for a recall for 8 months. Did not get any responses out of them. Had to call Ford corporate to understand. They outright lies about the whole situation. I called to get it fixed after finally getting ahold of the gm, who told me "there's nothing we can do for you, come get your truck. They couldn't even perform a simple recall. Evidently, according to the actual Ford representative, this place does NOT file protocol for recalls. Mac haik did it in 1 week. I'm still trying to get this remedied, I had to pay for my damned recall. I have reported them multiple times to the NHTSA. I have another friend who had her car totaled by big star on the way to caliber. They dropped it off anyway. Guess who had to tell her they totalled it? Caliber! DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR VEHICLES HERE
