I took my car in on a Monday afternoon and I got a text from Anna the next morning and told me my car was ready for pick-up. Anna was very professional and she is very knowledgeable at what she does. I told her the issue I was having and she told me sounds like the battery and she was right. I was very pleased with the service. I would recommend my family and friends to Anna.

A special thanks to Ron Baron for updating me daily and providing a loaner while everything was being taken care of!! He was so kind and professional!! Also a special Thanks to MM Ross for taking care of the warranty and repairs and showing me I really can trust them to make me a Very Satisfied customer!!! I also want to thank Nick Hernandez for always doing a great job taking care of my oil changes and his kind and professional personality! I cannot express enough how happy and blessed they made me with my recent repairs!!! THANK YOU!! Visited Mercedes to get my car serviced, my agent was Chad and he was AMAZING. Very professional, charismatic and personable, he makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. He placed me in a 2025 GLC300 loaner and I loved it so much that when I returned it, I told Chad I’m going to buy one today. He took me to Val, whom is also WONDERFUL. She is so sweet and caring, she’s like the sister you never had. When I say these two went ABOVE & BEYOND, they did just that! I honestly can’t say enough about these two and their customer service is beyond top tier!! They’re my sister and brother from another mother, lol. Needless to say, after I took home my new car, I brought my 23rd old daughter back to Val to purchase her a new Mercedes as well!!! If you want the best customer service in the service department, go see Chad. If you want the best sales person, go see Val. Luv them both 🔥🥰
