This is an over due review I should have posted a long time ago. I was in the market for a specific car and I found it at this dealer. I reached out and got a very prompt reply from Ryan Holman. He was very easy to talk to and since I lived a few hours away I asked for videos and additional detailed pictures of the ext & inter which he happily sent me. I asked him a ton of questions about the car and he answered each one. At no time.did he ever pressure me to buy the car. He just asked if I had any other questions and to get back to him after I had some time to consider it. This was refreshing because if you've ever reached out or visited any dealership you know the immense pressure the sales teams will put on you to push the process along and make a sale. I decided to purchase the vehicle and Ryan went above and beyond to line everything up quickly and setup a home delivery. The car arrived and was in excellent condition just as he described and the additional pictures and videos had shown. I was very happy with my experience with this dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Service was excellent. Lucas took good care of me. Lucas was knowledgeable and efficient. It only took 15 minutes for them to take my car, put it on the lift and Kirk the mechanic sent a video of the problem. I was impressed!

While we had a great experience with the purchase of our vehicle, the service department was as bad an experience as it could be. They have had our truck for two weeks and no work has been completed. Getting updates is excruciating. Dirk, our service advisor has been absolutely terrible. We call, text, and even visit in person, but until we spoke to the service manager, Nate, we never received information from Dirk. Dirk also tries to lie and make excuses saying he was waiting on an answer from us when not only did both of us have several conversations regarding the repairs in question, but we also have them in writing to indicate when they occurred. When we came to the dealership in person after the lack of response, Dirk saw my husband in the lobby and sent a text message response to try to cover for his lack of communication. He then approached my husband and just said "have you not gotten my text messages?" before he even greeted him or asked why he was at the dealership. Dirk has absolutely no customer service skills and will not take care of your needs. As a result of their lack of accountability and poor customer service, we have incurred hundreds of dollars in additional charges for a rental car. Buy a car here, but take it ANYWHERE else to be serviced. They are extremely unprofessional and will absolutely treat you like garbage.

I am in California and was looking to purchase a car out of state since there were none available locally with the features I wanted. My car shopping experience last month with a few dealerships was very frustrating. They simply could not comprehend the concept of an out-of-state purchase which in itself is confusing since the online car sites have a 'nationwide' search option; virtual buying. However, once I connected with Erin at Stephen Wade she did not miss a step. She understood exactly how it worked, was very accommodating and she knocked out this deal in short order. She wasn't just a sales rep instead she provided concierge-type services! A very satisfying purchasing experience!

Me and my husband was car shopping and I wasn’t even thinking about buying a jeep but we went to look and Dave took us on a test drive and I fell in love! The whole team at heritage is amazing but Dave was absolutely the best! He made us feel like family and still continues to do so after buying the vehicle! We will only buy our vehicles from heritage from now on 😀

Young dealerships do not share trade-in appraisals with each other. I took my mint condition vehicle to one dealership and they valued it at $38,600 after a short test drive. Total time, about 20 min. and they gave me a copy of the Live Market Report Their inventory was empty and I went to YCDJ in Layton. The salesman was Thomas. This guy should think about flipping hamburgers. Terrible at being a customer service type guy. Thomas walked around my vehicle, took a pic, and headed for his office. About 10 min later, he informed me that my vehicle was worth, $29,000. No test drive, no Market Report.. His attitude reflected that he was doing me a favor at $29,000. The Market Report that the first dealership completed, shows that my vehicle, low miles, was valued at $37,000 trade in value and retail at over $50,000. I don't get this dealership's position, other than greed. The information on the trade-in value is on their web page. How can they dispute their own information. Anyways, it's a Jeep dealership, without any Jeeps visible on the lot. They have 25+ Dodge vehicles inside the showroom, but I was interested in Jeeps. If you want a Jeep, try Ken Garff dealerships..

Their service department at the Dodge / Jeep is the WORST I have every had the unpleasant experience to do business with. Had my truck for 6 days to fix 2 minor warranty issues. Keep getting excuses as to why parts were late arriving from California……apparently parts come in daily via truck from California. REALLY!!!!! And apparently Chrysler will only ship 1 part at a time and if that part doesn’t fit the problem they have to order another part and then wait for delivery from California. Then they didn’t work on it for a full day on Saturday because the service writer and the tech were off, did anyone let me know on Friday that no work would be done, NOPE and I spoke with the service writer on Friday late in the day……… Find someplace else to do the auto repair these guys, this dealership doesn’t care.

The team at Doug Smith Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Spanish Fork went above and beyond in meeting me where I wanted to be in pricing for the vehicle I was after. I had been searching for a car with a highly competitive market and had walked away from countless dealerships who gave me the sales pitch without heeding my side of the equation. Paul, Joe & Reece at Doug Smith exceeded all of my expectations and then some. If you’re looking for good, honest, hard-working car salesman who are out to make lifelong customers as opposed to squeezing every penny out of a deal this is where I recommend you start. This team earned my respect professionally and ethically and so long as I am in the area they’ll be my first stop when car shopping. The story: I spent 5 years eyeing Honda Pilots. They can be hard to negotiate on because they sell so fast and often at asking price; especially with a clean record & spotless service history. I set my financial goals ahead of time and was expecting to be turned down again but the guys at Doug Smith did everything possible to close the gap and make the deal work. I ended up with a pristine 1-owner Honda Plot Elite with a perfectly maintained service record at the exact price I was looking for. I have developed a very good understanding of the market for this vehicle and they easily could have turned me away and sold this car for asking price within days (I had seen two similar cars disappear that week from other lots who refused to negotiate with me). Toyota in Murray, UT actually turned me away when I showed up with a rep from one of their sister stores (they’re supposed to have access across lots but we were refused because they knew the car would be a quick sell; and it was). The team at Doug Smith could have gotten a higher price out of this car, absolutely no question. It had just arrived on their lot that day. But instead, they aimed for making a loyal customer and now I’ll send everyone I can in their direction with a crystal clear conscience.

We have been here now a few times. One of those times I had asked the man behind the counter about the specs on my truck because I was thinking about getting a camper. Well he told me to Google it and he said that my 2019 RAM 3500 long bed could only hold 2000 pounds. He was so wrong and rude. Oh yes and we spent over 1000 dollars that day and were planning to return to get tires another 1236 dollars. Well we scheduled the appointment and were told an hour and half. Which we were ok with because we would still have time to get to our next appointment. Lol sarcasticly!! They took 2 and half hours and every time anyone there spoke to us it was a lie. Then I complained and was told I would get a discount. Lol sarcasticly!! No he said I got one but it was exactly the same amount he gave me when I set up the appointment. Another lie.. Oh yes and who ever was behind the parts counter sure had a dirty word or two to say after each call he got off of. We can even talk about the sales staff screaming across the lobby. Yes we have spent almost 6 hours there. I wish Karl would check out his name sake.

wanted to buy a used car. when I got to the paperwork it was 7k over book. Salesman was so so pushy. No explanation on contract just tried to get me to sign as quick as possible. I should have been more observant but my lil kids were done being there. they took tgat to their advantage.
