Crandall is a fabulous no pressure, customer focused dealership. We bought an 04 Explorer (great price) through them and have had it maintained there ever since. They've always stood behind their work and never tried to gouge us. In fact, as an example, I had a rear light bulb burn out and went into parts to get one. Just gave it to me w/o charging. Will probably look to buy a new car in 2010 and that will be where we go back to.

Worst dealership! I will never give them another penny of mine! First, we went to purchase a vehicle a couple of months ago and we knew more about the new vehicle than the sales person. After going for a test drive, they wanted to talk numbers and were being shady about the price of the vehicle. We didn't purchase from them, thank goodness! Fast forward to today, we have a Toyota Corolla and needed something fixed on it. Called to get a price quote and they told me it would be $120 plus tax, took my car in, and when I was called and informed the vehicle was ready to pick up, they jacked the price of the fix up $30. When I asked about the difference, the guy, whose name is ironically Carl, tried to convince me he never quoted me a price. When I pushed him on it, he said he would make it right, but would need to talk to some other people, but was insistent that he never gave me a price quote for it. I will never go back to this dealership. I don't care that the next Toyota dealership is a 15 min. drive further, I would drive further just to avoid going to this place ever again. Which is too bad for them, because my husband and I have purchased two brand new vehicles in the last two years and they lost both sales.

Andrew who works in parts and service was amazing to work with. No doubt would I ever go to any other dealership for service. He constantly kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. The service was very quick and they even took the time to wash and vacuum my vehicle. Top notch service! Highly recommended!

The parts and service departments at Ken Garff Saab are top notch. Each employee in those departments is knowledgable, friendly, and professional. We have built a great relationship with the parts and service department and will continue to use Ken Garff Saab to purchase parts and have service work done. Brad Isenhour and Lindey Gifford in the service department, and Bob Vieweg and Brian Black in the parts department are some of the finest in the business.

Service done right! I live in Las Vegas, and all 3 Ford dealers here are terrible. They won't work on any Ford over 10 years old, and they're customer service is terrible. I needed a Service Bulletin repair to fix an extreme temperature-related problem (like we get every summer in Las Vegas). I was told they had to keep my car for 3 weeks to reprogram 3 electronic control modules to fix the issue, and they only had 1 tech that could work on a hybrid. I personally spoke to Jason Summerhays, the Assistant Service Manager. He listened fully to my issue, and told me to bring the car in the next day, and they would try to get it out by the end of the day. I left Vegas at 4:30 to tow my car 120 miles to be at St George by 7:00 when they opened. I provided them with the Service Bulletin, and everyone was very pleasant, professional, and communicated completely. Jason called me at 11:30 and told me the car was done. Their diagnostic fee was less than half that of the Las Vegas dealerships, and the total bill was significantly less too. I am 100% satisfied with their Service Department. A great experience, worth every mile of the trip, and I got my car repaired and returned in 4 hours vs. 3 weeks the Vegas dealerships wanted. They get my full endorsement and recommendation.

Have been a Rover Customer/Owner for 26 years. Always have had a great experience with the service personnel. Feb. 10, 2025 had our Rovers 98 Discovery & 2006 LR3 in for service. As usual we were treated as valued customers. Craig was our service advisor & was very instrumental in getting us taken care of & on our way. The other personnel were equally as helpful. One lady from, I assume the back office, even offered to order in breakfast as we waited. We live about 100 miles from the dealership and will not. take our Rovers any where else thanks to the great people at Land Rover both past and present namely John, Kent, now Craig and many others too many to list from all departments from sales to service. If asked for any recommendations, I say just keep up the good work.

We have now had 3 "service" experiences with KC Gardner, Assistant Service Manager at Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray. KC is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable about all types of repairs, serves with a smile and makes our visit pleasant. We have been pleased with the outcome of each of these visits and highly recommend the service he renders. It is worth the drive from American Fork to Murray to receive this kind of service. They got me in for an oil change even though the appointment I had previously scheduled on their new app didn't work. The guy at the service counter was kind of deadpanned and not very friendly but the guy who brought my car out to me later was pleasant. Service was fast.
