After waiting for two hours I was told that my car failed inspection because of a broken part which they would order and to come back. After an hour, I was able to leave. I arrived back at the dealership two days later (after the part had arrived the day before) and after 1.5 hours I inquired about my car. After a lengthy wait I was told that the wrong part was ordered. Needless to say I was upset and inquired as to why I had been waiting for 1.5 hours if they couldn't fix my car. I asked Richard if I could go to another dealership to fix my car and he stated that I needed to come back to Alexandria. I left there without an appointment and said that Richard needed to call me after the right part had arrived. After getting to work I called my old dealership (Saturn of Fairfax) where I had also had good service. (I changed because I recently moved.) They stated I could come to Fairfax, have a new state inspection, and they would fix the car. I did that this morning and had a great experience. Come to find out Saturn of Alexandria lied about the broken part. While I was also at Saturn of Alexandria twice last week there were people all around me waiting for 2+ hours for oil changes. BEWARE!
