I've left messages for the GM and the owner of the Koons dealerships and have received no calls back. It's safe to say customer service is not a priority, so my money for the next vehicle we plan to buy and all repairs will not be at anything Koons in the furture.
I recommend strongly that everyone avoid the Koons name. There are plenty of car dealerships out there. Don't waste your time with this chain.
