They changed the numbers after we had a phone quote that nearly doubled the monthly payment. We finally bought a different one and then was told that they couldn't get financing (although we were preapproved from having a previous lease). We did not get any information about the lease process. After having to return the car, we had to extend our lease. Our fault was not going in prepared. Our last lease was a great experience at Infinity of Tacoma. But the guy we worked with was no longer there, so we decided to deal with Kirkland. After a three week headache we finally bought a car. We aren't happy with it anymore. It's tainted now. Then we got a bill in the mail from Infinity Financial that Kirkland was supposed to get after the resolve of the previous lease. They paid a portion of it, but not all of it. And now we have to get an attorney to resolve it because they are not responding to my letters. I could go on and on with more detail, but you get the idea. Not only will I never step foot in there again (unless it’s to get my money), I will never buy an infinity again because of this.

The owner wants to make money on Miki's error. Nissan Infiniti should not be in luxury cars as they know how to beehave.
