Customer and service representatives were very respectful/responsive to my needs in communicating vehicle status and recommendations/ options of repair service needed to resolve my vehicle’s issues. There were a couple of days of delay concerning attention to my vehicle issues, due to short staff and general engagement of customers on site. I had a loaner vehicle so inconvenience was minimal.

Really appreciate the service guys at Rairdon’s inspecting our 2017 Jeep Renegade. We had a diagnostic test done. We had an issue with the vehicle’s auto shifter and needed piece of mind. We purchased from a different dealer but found out there wasn’t a warranty and wondered if there was something wrong with it or anything else after our purchase. Mike was excellent and knew exactly what we needed and explained the inspection to me thoroughly. We had others help us on the phone as well. We thank them too. We even got our vehicle back a day early as they found no issues and gave us a full print out of everything inspected. Thank so much. Highly recommend service at Rairdon’s in Marysville, WA.
