Edit: I previously left a bad review when I had two sub par visits here and eventually reached out to service manager Matt and he turned things right around. He made no excuses and just proved to me that the service department there is really great with an awesome return experience. I learned an important lesson that you need to give a business a chance to correct a problem before you leave a bad review. I’m really glad I used my words and gave them another chance instead of being a bitter Betty about a less than stellar visit. Businesses can only be as good as the feedback they directly receive. Thanks Matt and the team at WW Chevy for making things so much better for me. ❤️
