This time I had a good experience. My Sonic had unexpected recalls and wasn't reliable and safe. Maggie was professional and friendly. She showed me several cars and options. I told her what I could afford and what I was looking for in a car. I am sad that I couldn't keep my Sonic. I love my Pearl. From the book of Isaiah "a crown of beauty instead of ashes," so my Nissan Rouge has the name "Beauty". I am still getting used to a larger car. She can hold lots of groceries too as well as office supplies for my work. Thank you to everyone at Ruddell's-

Robert from this shop was amazing!! They got my car right in; replaced the whole motor and got it up and running for me again in a little over a month. Robert kept in constant contact with me and even gave me a loaner car until my car was fixed. Robert and his team was amazing and I look forward to doing service with them again!!! My wife and I own 2 KIAs (2020 Sportage and 2020 Telluride) and have them serviced mostly at Sunset Kia of Auburn. Our experience with Jennifer and Dean in the Service Dept has been very good. Easy to schedule and complete as promised are 2 big positives. We miss the included, on site car wash but see it was dropped during the pandemic. Hope it comes back someday.

I've been doing business with Titus-Will since 1975, shortly after they bought out Temple Motors (Toyota). Titus-Will took outstanding care of my dad's pickup until my dad passed away. I started taking my pickups in to Titus-Will when I bought a 2004 F0250 Superduty. I had some problems with the truck that was unrelated to Ford's quality. The former owner took the truck in for repairs and reused nuts that were supposed to be one time use only. They worked their way loose and broke off the nose of the starter and caused all sorts of damage. The service department saved me thousands of dollars on the repair. In the end, that truck and engine lasted over 720,000 miles due to the care and the service from the service department. The biggest help was the recommendation from the service manager that I take the truck out for a workout to keep the exhaust system cleared. I now have a 2015 F-350 that Titus-Will is taking care of. They have been giving her the same care and attention that they gave my F-250. I wouldn't take my truck to anyone else!

Fantastic service all around! As a first timer for this location, Mike Kraynak from the service department was appointed to handle my vehicle's issues and he provided constant communications of the vehicle's status. He was polite and clear throughout the time. Most of all, he demonstrated with patience and knowledge of the addressed issues. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the time and effort that Mike and his tech crew were able to greatly assist. I would most definitely return to this location for future issues after this visit.

A shout out to Jimmy for keeping us informed and getting us taken care! Even to washing our dusty van,( it was the gravel road we drive on that had caused the problem) and making it look new again! We really like this team, and take our Honda here to be serviced regularly.
