Took my *new (to me) Cayman in for a part exchange. Simon Pope is my Service Advisor. He exceeds expectations every single time I'm there. He's friendly, professional and is excellent with communicating all stages of service. I've been with Porsche Bellevue for nearly 10 years and have seen many changes (good and bad). The last two years have been excellent, as I've been able to work with Simon. I will only work with him as my Service Advisor. I feel confident working with someone who is familiar with my cars and my specific circumstances.

Really appreciate the service guys at Rairdon’s inspecting our 2017 Jeep Renegade. We had a diagnostic test done. We had an issue with the vehicle’s auto shifter and needed piece of mind. We purchased from a different dealer but found out there wasn’t a warranty and wondered if there was something wrong with it or anything else after our purchase. Mike was excellent and knew exactly what we needed and explained the inspection to me thoroughly. We had others help us on the phone as well. We thank them too. We even got our vehicle back a day early as they found no issues and gave us a full print out of everything inspected. Thank so much. Highly recommend service at Rairdon’s in Marysville, WA. Traffic was worst I've seen. Was 64 minutes late. Oil drain plug had been stripped. The service people and mechanic were the most professional, personable and pleasant I have met. I am going back.
