They had my truck in for repair atleast 10 times and have never fixed the original issues. Charged my warranty $15,000 and never informed me of the costs to delicate repair importance. Pulled the wool over my eyes and now I'm left with a truck with problems and no more warranty. These people are scam artists. I would strongly, strongly recommend not to buy here or definitely not take your vehicle to their shop. They sold me a lemon of a truck and now won't stand behind it.

After spending over $800 on breaks and the parts for the breaks, 3 months later they were grinding with almost no pressure from them. We returned, told them the problem we were having, we left the car there 10 days while we were in Mexico, went to pick up the car, we were charged almost$300 more, and here we are today, breaks are still bad, literally bad, dragging & grinding and we feel broken emotionally after spending so much money, and still having good problem. We are hurt & feel very disappointed with this experience and will never return. My wife bought 2 brand new cars from them, the 1st in 2018 and they always took such good care of us in Maryville, we spent about a year after purchasing the 2nd New car in 2021 in Spokane. So they took care of the car and did just fine, then we felt after almost 4yrs, let's get the breaks done, took it to their new store on Smokey Point Blvd, and that's when we were taken advantage, because they didn't fix the original problem with the breaks, then preceded to charge is again and we are still with the problem! It just hurts...

The Service Team and Service Manager Scott are great, top notch. I'd drive 600 miles more to bring either of my Sprinter Vans to their service department. Derek, the Sprinter Tech, is the most knowledgeable and informative Sprinter tech I've met. Derek goes the extra mile to make sure my van left the shop as if it was his van. I'll even consider transporting my van to these guys to get the job done.

It took Mercedes Tacoma 10 days to complete a simple Service B on my vehicle. There was no rental offered, and for the first week my car sat with no updates—it appears they forgot about it. When I finally got a write-up, it recommended Service A, which tells me the technicians were never told I booked Service B. After all that, when the car was finally ready, I was told they wouldn’t send a shuttle because I live outside their 10-mile radius. I was charged almost $1,300 and then had to spend another ~$150 on an Uber just to pick up my own car. No proactive communication, no make-good, and no basic customer care. If you value your time, clear communication, and basic courtesy, look elsewhere. I won’t be returning to Mercedes Tacoma.

This was my first experience with your dealership and my first experience with GM. I recently purchased a used 2024 Buick Envision. I was given seven days to decide if I wanted to keep the vehicle or return it. It was a former rental car. So, I felt it was important to get it inspected at a GM dealership. I tried to make an appointment online and TJ called me to discuss my appointment needs. TJ explained that he didn’t have an appointment until way after my window of opportunity. I explained the tight timeframe to get the vehicle inspected and he made it happen. I appreciate TJ and your service department for your dedication to customer service. This is the worst place ever! Almost 2 years ago I was told that my rotors needed to be changed. When I asked for them back I seen they looked brand new. Cost me $1,500. With a 2 year warranty. Now all four of my rotors need to be replaced I had the back ones done that was $1,100 and the front ones need to be done also.! So I took it to Larson because I'm still under a 2 year warranty .I was told that they were not going to honor my warranty. And pretty much told me it was my fault that my rotors didn't last two years. I was told in order for them to replace them rotors they have to be cracked in half. You cannot trust these people at this dealership they are all about screwing you over and not helping. Obviously either they put on junk rotors or I don't know what happened . I took my rear ones too tiny's automotive. And I'll probably be doing the same for the front because they need to be replaced. And they offer a 3-year warranty so take your business tiny automotive. They won't screw you over

We are not driving around with your dealership’s last name posted on our vehicles but the Ford name. How does Ford remain #1 when this truck should not have broken down like it did? Are Ford and the representative dealerships keeping a secret? I certainly felt that way when 2 men from the dealership were standing in front of me and agreeing my truck never should have broken down. I’m even thinking they listened to the facts below, but, sadly no, it’s just part of the cover-up about the 2018 Ford F150 truck. Wendle:Mary, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating unexpected vehicle repairs can be. Me:Calling them unexpected repairs is more than an insult. In addition, anyone I have shared my special circumstances with agrees with me. My husband died 1 year, 1 month, and 1 day after the purchase of this truck in 2020 with 43,470 miles in good condition. After he died, I garaged with premium fuel because I care about my fellow citizen and knew it was not wise to drive heavy machinery under emotional distress. It took me CONSIDERABLE work to get all kinds of emotion under control before I could occasionally drive the truck to keep the engine exercised, as I was told to do. I did this for 3.5 years until I noticed it wasn’t shifting quite right, and I couldn’t remember this ever happening while I drove it. Wendle:To clarify, your vehicle was outside of Ford's factory warranty when it was brought to us, and Wendle Ford has no authority to override Ford Motor Company's warranty decisions. At your request, we diagnosed the concern and submitted a goodwill claim to Ford on your behalf. Unfortunately, Ford denied the request and, with your approval, we performed the repair work. Me:Let’s make sure the consumer understands why I was denied Ford’s assistance, not because it's 842 miles past Ford’s warranty, but because Ford Motor Company requires 2 things for assistance, you buy it from that dealer and have it serviced with them. Who cares that the truck had only 17,428 miles put on it in FOUR YEARS! IF all dealerships lack the authority to contact Ford in the customer’s best interests, what are you good for? Wendle:Our team worked very hard to assist you through this difficult experience. We also waived a significant disassembly fee in good faith. While we regret that this was a challenging situation, our technicians completed the work properly. Me:Okay you assisted me by giving me Ford’s 800 consumer number so I could inquire why I was denied. However, when I called, I was told that I wasn’t denied assistance, but my DXS had not responded to 3 attempts to contact him about this expensive diagnostic that Ford REQUIRED to move forward with my claim. I also had to get my claim number from them, because for some reason the service manager didn’t know it when they are associated with the VIN. Consumers can decide who should be responsible for the diagnostic that Ford required. Let’s talk about the diagnostic I paid $210 on May 6th that made my truck undriveable afterwards and was NEVER adequately explained how this happened! I brought my truck to you with slight hesitation when accelerating to getting it back after the diagnostic with the RPM going up to 8 and 9, I paid you for a service that rendered my truck undrivable! Now for that expensive diagnostic Ford REQUIRED and still denied my claim, what did we all find out? But the problem was a KNOWN PROBLEM by Ford and dealerships too, the 2018 F150 CDF drum failure, but they have failed to let the public know about it! How you assisted me when all I wanted was someone at Ford to talk to about this matter? With a 800 number that connected me to a person that documents your call, no person with authority to make decisions. You even encouraged me to seek a litigious avenue when all I have ever wanted was for Ford to hear me. Shame on Ford and you for not stepping up to do what is right. I will never buy an UNRELIABLE Ford again!

Took my car in for timing chain replacement. Car never had problems with oil leaks until i took it to them. Had to return car several times after initial repair for unusual noises. My engine blew and they blamed me for not putting oil in car! Dont ever do business with them. They couldnt even do the repaur right the first time. Car made more noise when i picked it up than when i brought it in. for initial repair. No offer of compensation of any kind.

I'll begin with the caveat that I have been warned about dealership service since before I got my license and, therefore, have only serviced my car with local shops by word of mouth from people I trust. That being said, my partner, a 50 year old male, bought me a Lexus 6 months ago, had it serviced at Lexus of Bellevue, and came back with a clean bill of health. The only thing noted was the break pads needed to be watched, all normal. He had a good experience so he recommended I just take it back for my next oil change. Fast forward to today when I, a 34 year old female, bring my car in for my appointment - mind you I'm bringing it in 600 miles BEFORE hitting the recommended mileage to have it serviced. No lights on the dash, no issues driving. I park in the same place every day in a garage and there are no oil spots on the cement. They charged me $260 for essentially an oil change, a BASIC once over to tell me it was time for a break change, a note that I have a SLIGHT oil leak, and a sub par car wash and interior vacuum, sending me on my way. Next thing I know, I'm half way home on the highway in crawling traffic and my check engine and VSC lights goes on. This is where things went south. The woman I worked with in the service department, Elvina Marquez-Garcia, had given me her card with a non functioning phone number. (They conveniently corrected this as soon as I voiced my frustration) I called the dealership 9 separate times attempting to get a hold of her through her direct number as well as through the service department, finally getting someone to write down my number so she could call ME back. 15 minutes go by while I'm in traffic going back to the dealership and I recieve NO call. And when I walked into the building I see her standing with her back to the door chatting with colleagues, and halfway down the hall from her desk. She greeted me as if nothing was wrong, spoke to me as if she didn't really believe my account of what had happened, and did not once apologize for not calling me back, which was her professional responsibility. Only after I voiced my concerns to her colleague did she very casually address the "voicemails" she missed from me earlier. Which I found curious given I was unable to LEAVE a message on an inactive line. Now on to the actual diagnosis. After some wait time they finally came back to me and backtracked their original "oil seepage" to "potentially multiple actual leaks" due to the O2 censor suddenly being saturated with oil. Again, note that my car had ZERO lights on when I brought it in, and nowhere in my garage parking spot is stained. However, conveniently for them, even with the $250 credit they offered me for having to come back, this now means I need to spend another $125 to complete the engine diagnostics test, plus another $500 for a new O2 censor. Here's when I get pretty livid, because at this pont I knew there was nothing I could say at this point to get them to take responsibility for their $1000 worth of mistakes on my car. What I believe actually happened was some new, lazy, or unskilled technician was preforming the oil change on my car, they got sloppy and saturated my O2 censor with oil, didn't feel like doing the labor for free to fix their mistake, so they ignored it, sent me home, and then placed the blame on me using the evidence of "minor seepage" from thr first appointment to cover their tracks with the O2 censor. And instead of taking responsibility for it, they offered me a credit because they assumed I would think thay was a great bargain, and added nearly $700 of work to my car, PLUS whatever else it would cost to repair the "multiple" new found leaks between appointment 1 and 2. Beyond that I just have no words. I am disgusted with my experience here. I wasted my one day off from work as well as my time, gas, and money, spent a total of 6 hours dealing with this and left with my car in worse condition than it started. Absolutely not.

I purchased my car for the dealership in 2019 and have been coming here for every services. At first in it was a great experience, until recent 2 years when everything start going downhill. My previous service, I decided to take it elsewhere as their schedule couldn't locate my account and I have no time to call and get thing sort out. A month ago, I got a postcard reminding me that I still have 2 prepaid services left on my plan (thank you for that), so last week, I took my car in for 70K service, and when arrived, they said there was no appt under my name (I got a email confirmation from a week before I when scheduled it online), and with no apology or explanation. And when I picked up the car a few hours later, interaction with my advisor with bare minimum as compare to previous experience. I feel like they don't really care about their customer. Also they didn't provide me a carwash voucher (I was in a rush to get my kids from school and didn't bother U-turning to ask for one). A day after my service, I got text message as well as email message asking me to review my experience and when I clicked on the link in text or email, it said "no customer found" and I continue to get similar message for the next 5 days with the same error. I wish I could give this business a NEGATIVE 5 stars. I can't wait to use up all my prepaid services and cut the rope with the sketchy business and service. I will not buy another vehicle from the dealership ever again or recommend this place to anyone.

This service department did not make a good first impression but they made up for it when I returned for the third time. I was treated respectfully and my explanation of the service needed was accepted the first time. I felt valued and that is important to me. I will return in the future for my car maintenance. I do like the fact that you don't have to make an appointment for service work and they have a wonderful lounge for people waiting for their car to be serviced. I gave them a 4 star rating only because of my first experience. They earned a 5 stars on this latest visit.

In December 2024, I took my Toyota Sienna in for service at Toyota of Kirkland and was charged over $2,100 — with nearly $617 in what I believe were excessive and unjustified charges. Despite reaching out directly, and filing complaints through Toyota Corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and the Washington Attorney General’s office, Toyota of Kirkland repeatedly refused to address the core issues I raised. My concerns: Labor Charges: I was billed at $200.37 per hour — significantly higher than the regional average for Toyota dealerships in Western Washington. When I asked for an explanation, I received only cherry-picked comparisons to other overpriced dealers, rather than any real justification for their rate. Parts Overpricing: I was charged $30.60 each for spark plugs with a Toyota MSRP of $18.95 (available at multiple dealerships for under $15). An intake manifold gasket was charged at nearly double its MSRP. This pattern repeated across multiple line items, including transmission fluid. Questionable Billing Practices: I was billed for a full additional labor hour for throttle body cleaning — despite that being part of the spark plug replacement procedure. The invoice listed only one technician, but over 7 hours of labor were charged in a ~6-hour window. I attempted to resolve this in good faith through months of emails and escalations. At every stage, Toyota of Kirkland either ignored the specific pricing discrepancies or deflected with irrelevant comparisons. Their final response was to simply state that they are “allowed to make a profit.” I agree — businesses can make a profit. But this was price gouging, not profit. We won’t be returning to Toyota of Kirkland. We’ve found a highly rated independent shop and will be sharing this experience with friends, family, and neighbors. If you care about transparency or fair pricing, I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

They cost us $1k in damages and won't bother to return my calls. They changed our oil on Wednesday. We didn't use the car again until Sunday and it was clear something was wrong. Thankfully our destination was close and as we parked the oil light came on. We checked and there was zero oil left in the car. I immediately called to see how they could help us and they couldn't have cared less and told me they could look at the car in three weeks. I was transferred to the manager, Dorian, but could only leave a voicemail. We were forced to take the car elsewhere and had to have the oil filter adaptor housing completely replaced. I've since tried to call Kia again and I either get the same manager's voicemail or the line just rings forever. It's really disgusting how incompetent these people are.

Ugh! What a craptacular dealership for both sales and service. Want to be misquoted three times for service work and passed around from service adviser to service adviser? Check. Want to set an appointment for a test drive and have the salesman not show up? Check. Want to test drive a specific vehicle on the showroom floor and be told, "No problem, we'll have it ready for you when you return in the afternoon," and then return in the afternoon to see it sitting in the same spot on the showroom floor? Check. Stress-free, LOL. Avoid.
