Day four of trying to get my subaru tribeca in for service, when I call I get the service department they say they need to transfer me to someone who knows more than they do with my question. I get a voice mail and leave my name, the problem I am having and my phone number and I don't get a call back this is day four now, it's getting really frustrating when you don't hear back from them I am taking my subaru to someone else who can fix the problem I am having with my car

We've always been treated well at Stewart Subaru. Here's an example of good service - Katie H had to make a new receipt after some adjustments were made. I usually get a coupon for a car wash - well there wasn't one, no big deal. A few days later a coupon for the free car wash came in the mail. Awesome!

Anthony lafayette, in the service department went above and beyond for me today. Dealing with an older client who obviously was out of her league, he was patient, kind and extremely helpful with me. ‘check engine’ light had been on since Saturday and I was so worried that something might be seriously wrong with my SUV. He not only took the time to explain to me what the issue was (the gas cap not being replaced properly) but also spoke with my daughter on the phone to explain the problem.
