The dealership experienced a power outage. Amazing there was no contingency plan in place addressing the loss of computer systems. The power loss lasted about 3 hours, the finance department was backlogged for about 1hr and 45 min, my transaction lasted about an hour. 5 hour time loss was not acceptable, more so because it took me 4 hours to drive to the dealership and 4 hours to go home. In today’s technology world, I would have expected a better plan vs a sit and wait.
