Dealing with Carrie made every single thing easy!! My 4Runner has never been anywhere else but there although it was not purchased there, except for the service before this one. You guys could not get me in the week I needed. Not sure who I spoke with but she suggested I speak with someone else to help me get it in, he wasn't very friendly or helpful but that's okay because Carrie made up for him this visit! I only trust you guys servicing my 4Runner and Toyota service/parts! Thank you!!!

YALL I went last week, and it was amazing. Make sure you ask for our gurl Alyssa! She’s the best sales person they got there. Super nice and very knowledgeable. Any questions? She got you. She’s the best around the DMV area, so don’t play and go now!!! Other than that, the car selection was great and I guess the other guys are okay too.

5 stars rating. Customer service and sales were superior. Very transparent and efficient process. The salesperson, Jeff Shaffer located the new 4 Runner I was looking for and kept me updated every step of the way via text. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. Ball Toyota did not charge additional fees above MSRP like most dealers are doing currently. Knowing that I can just text Jeff what I am looking for without all of the hassle, I will certainly buy our next car from Ball Toyota.

Very good at not telling the truth - Cil

Car had been wrecked, not reported on Carfax. They knew it was in an accident,made repairs badly. Would not admit to it. Ask to just return my car back. Lied again said it went to wholesaler. Not true. Found on their other lot in Williamson,Wv. Don't deal with these guys.
