We were on the return leg of a Winmipeg, Manitoba, Canada to New York City area, when the driver's rear wheel on our 2011 RAM 1500 started squeeking and then grinding. We were towing a large 32 ft travel trailer. WE stopped in at Benna CHRYSLER RAM JEEP in Superior, WI on Friday afternoon before the long Labor Day weekend hoping they could squeeze us in. They got us in right away, found the problem with the emergency brake shoes, patched us up and sent us on our way. The Service Advisor and the mechanical repair service was wonderful.
