My sales person Jay Passe was 5 Stars it was a pleasure working with him,
At the time I took possession of the car the service dept. team w/Keith leading also 5 Star, there were a couple of minor items that were corrected ASAP I picked up the car on Tues late afternoon drove it Wed &Thrus multiple times no problems on Fri. I did not drive the car until about 3:30-4:00 I went to start it the dashboard lit up like a christmas tree but car would not start called your service dept. the girl on duty sent over your mobile mechanic (also a Keith) he came over diagnosed a bad battery and promptly changed it out and I was back in business (5 Stars)
Now comes the negative the car has a recall notice concerning the backup camera and both my wife and I noticed the symptoms of the problem 2 times it blanked out on me and several times we both experienced a distorted view
The recall letter with fix came a couple of weeks ago I made an appointment when I brought the car in I advised Keith that we had the issue but that it comes and goes mostly distorted
I got the car back later that day and was told that basically it passed whatever tests Ford had suggested and nothing was changed. It has been distorted a couple more times but is clear again now
It doesn't make sense to me knowing that it has been an issue to not have changed out the camera
So that is ny only complaint
