I was very impressed with the customer service and passion from multiple members of the staff. Malachi immediately approached us and asked if he could assist us. I asked him lots of questions and he was very patient. He offered to let us drive the vehicle and I was thrilled when he offered to come with us, so he could show me all the features. I don’t think I would have like the car or felt confident if he had not taken the time to show me everything. I appreciated his knowledge of the vehicle. His colleague Nick was also super friendly and helpful. We appreciated that everyone worked so well together to help the customers. Moises was also phenomenal and a pleasure to work with. Overall, the entire experience was lovely, and quite pleasant. The manager also spoke of with us I think his name was Tyler, he was also an incredible manager and very informative and considerate. Oh my goodness! I was so leery of this company at first! Who in the world would drive all the way to Superior from Ashland to show me a vehicle I was interested in??? I loved the vehicle, so they let me put $500 down and brought it back for detailing. Then a few days later, they delivered it right to my home!! I can't say enough about Von Holzen!! My husband is in the hospital and he can't stop talking about Von Holzens service to all of the staff. He couldn't believe how they took care of me! They are definitely a company that prioritizes their customers!!

I agreed to a down payment so that they would transport a truck up from another dealership for me to look at. The email from the sales person explicitly stated that my down payment would be refunded if i decided that I didn't want the truck. I decided I didn't want the truck and they refused to refund me. I never signed anything or ever met them face to face. All communications was through email so i have documentation showing they have no grounds to keep my money. I tried calling the sales manager and he claimed I committed to buying a vehicle from them and would not read through the email conversation i had with the sales person. I would never do business with them in any capacity again!
