Sold me a car with a dead battery, oil leak, and loose sway bar end links. Car had trouble starting a week after driving it off the lot. Took it back for them to service and they told me the battery was h sway bar end links. Car had trouble starting a week after driving it off the lot. Took it back for them to service and they told me the battery was healthy, even after they needed to jumpstart it when I picked it back up. I also asked them to check the suspension because of knocking when going over bumps. They told me the car just sounds like that and didn’t even look into it. Loose sway bar links is a safety issue, but they intentionally ignored it to make a quick sale. Never doing business with them again. More

Verbally, I was told by my sales rep, Jackson, that Kunes would fix a scratch on my back bumper and apply a ceramic coating about a week after I purchased my new car. I haven't received any communication from Kunes on either of these, and then after reviewing my sales paperwork, I noticed this was left off. If this promise was made in an effort to get me to purchase without any good faith in following through with the service, then I am highly disappointed and I certainly won't be purchasing any other vehicles from Kunes. If this was an oversite, then that is understandable and forgivable (we are all human). As a Christian business, I certainly hope it is the latter. More
The last time I brough my new Buick in for servicing (the second issue in the first 7500 miles, mind you), I arrived to pick up my car to a.) no service rep. Terrell, who called me to tell me my car was ready to be picked up was nowhere to be found, and b.) a new scratch in my fender! COMPLETELY unacceptable. Because Terrell wasn't there, I had to flag down another rep, Juan, who of course had no idea what happened or even what to do next. So he assured me that his manager, who also had left for the day (it was 4 pm) would call me the next day. I have received no phone calls and it's been a week now. I am beyond livid. More

My experience with Kunes was excellent. I found the exact vehicle I was looking for and they were the only dealership I could find that was willing to discount the price. No pressure or gam I found the exact vehicle I was looking for and they were the only dealership I could find that was willing to discount the price. No pressure or games. I took my new 24 Acadia home the same day saving me a trip back to the dealership, which was an hour and a half away. Justin went over the whole vehicle and was pleasant to work with. Sara in finance was great and pointed out a better way to finance the vehicle, saving me money. I definitely recommend them. More
