It's been a year since I had my 2022 Jeep Compass. I've been completely satisfied with the performance and service provided at Ewald Auto. They keep me abreast of all recalls and maintenance issues that need attention. It's always a pleasure to be in their new improved waiting room that provides a welcoming effect of coffee and a nice movie. The salesperson, Lonnie Peterson, who sold me the card had excellent taste in putting together a jeep that not only looks good inside and out, but attracts the eye of many on comers who ask, "where did you did that car from?" Lonnie is the bomb! He's informative, friendly, and goes the extra mile to make sure you are completely happy with the car you select. Service Dept Contact. My vehicle needed a tow. I was closest to this dealership so I went there. This was my first contact with the service division of Holiday -Ford. They were expedient, the service writer, Cole, was very pleasant and helpful, as well as were the other personnel I spoke with. The price was fair, and I will not hesitate to contact them for any warranty work on my vehicle or other service work. I did not purchase vehicle from them as I lived in another city at the time and had used that dealership for my work. Cole was the person I dealt with most. He was easy to work with, polite, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank You for a good experience

I brought my stable in. I had a recall and another issue with my Mustang Mach E and also an issue with my 2010 Mustang convertible with the thermostat housing and rear axle tire seal. Dylan's Service Team along with Tucker and himself were honest and up front with every issue. I received a text message with video of what was wrong with my vehicles. It was kind of fun to see what they are seeing and have a better understanding of my vehicles and feel a different part of ownership with that knowledge. I would recommend Hudson Ford's service department for any EV issue or ICE car. They have an on-site expert EV tech and have chargers available. Every EV owner can trust this Team.
