They discovered that front brake pads were very low and we had them replaced also. good friendly service always. been going there for many years with all our vehicles. Can always trust them to do a good job.Also, being able to get a loaner car from them on jobs that take longer, is a huge plus!

This dealership is awesome, Eason my way from Il to Wakefield MI . Transmission cooler line broke on rte 51 sept 21st 2021 . Called service and talked to Gregg , he said bring it in and we will take a look and see what we can do . Towed it in Gregg and Jameson took a look fight away . Checked for parts and was told 2-3 days . Jameson came up with a idea for a temporary fix . He fixed and tested it out . I was back on the road within hours and had a great trip . Thank you Gregg and Jameson for going the extra mile . I will never forget what you did for me . I will pass this story on to others . Wish I lived closer to Kocourek Ford , you would be my go to guys .

I am very impressed this visit as to the body shop guys ( took a ding out of my driver door ) also tuched up a couple spots, then gave me a bottle of touch up paint. Next the detail guys did great, also. Last of all, the service guys set me up right for winter, no need to tell them what all to do. Why you may wonder, because I have the best salesman in the store ( KEN. ) This man knows everything that needs done and relays the info to the service dept. while I just stand by and watch.
