Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We have tried reaching you multiple times to explain the situation, but you have not answered our phone calls nor returned our voice mails. When our technician dissassembled the affected parts, it was clear that someone had previously attempted to make a repair and was not successful. They were able to get it put back together well enough that the vehicle would shift in and out of park. At that time, multiple other parts broke which is why we are not able to repair the vehicle to original factory specifications. At no point in time did we damage the vehicle, nor can we be responsible for poor previous repairs done by other shops. We also would have had no way of knowing that someone else had attempted repairs until disassembly. While this is an unfortunate situation, there are very few options available at this time. We want to do what we can to help.

There is absolutely no chance i was not available to receive any calls or voice mails. Im retired due to health reasons and have my phone on and with me 100 percent of the time. I understand how my phone and my computer operate at full capacity. If i we're to have missed any call or messages it would have been shown on my devices. If the vehicle is as it was when i dropped it off. I will make arrangements to retrieve it. I will not accept it or sign any releases until I have drove the vehicle for myself to verify it is as it was when i dropped it off.

In your previous post you stated that you left multiple calls and voice messages. My voice message on my phone has never been setup and also I never recieved any calls from your dealership and if need be I can provide a phone record from my provider proving that no contact was made. The service department obviously had my correct phone number since that is how they communicated with me by text Bernard klismet 414-687-3608
