Took my 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis (61,200 miles) in for maintenance and service, first time since moving to FL in Aug. 2024. Was having issues with malfunctioning A/C and non-operating wind shield wiper pump. Was given an estimate of close to $2K for all that needed to be done, including "The Works" (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection). Had to leave my car overnight, which I assumed before going in. Was called the next afternoon letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up and that there was "really good news". Turns out that my estimate was going to be LESS THAN HALF of the estimate that I was previously told. Turns out that my A/C needed only a small part that the dealership already had in stock! TONY SWAIM IN THE SERVICE DEPT. IS AN ABSOLUTE ROCK STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! He saved me about $1,000! I couldn't be any happier with my experience at Gary Yeomans Ford and will definitely have all my future work done there. 😀⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Also, Derek the Shuttle Driver, was a fantastic conversationalist and a joy to meet! Also a 5-star employee. 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Service was good and what was expected. My service advisor was pleasant and gave me updates throughout the process. He offered a ride to where I wanted to go, even while the regular shuttle driver was out. The service took a little longer than expected but I was surprised by a courtesy car wash! It was a nice touch after having a bad experience elsewhere the last time I had service. Thanks Chris!

After picking up our car which was in service for 2 weeks, Michael Cabrera was oblivious whoever left and stored filthy Land Rover car mats and a sun visor in the trunk of our Jaguar Ftype. He didn’t care! We went back to the dealership to return them!! The car when completed for service for 2 weeks was very dirty inside. Unprofessional, poor correspondence. In addition, our first loaner car he gave us an awful wrangler Jeep. We had to swap it. He then demanded we give it back car to swap another car. We couldn’t, we were out of town. He was very unpleasant about this. We called Enterprise, and they told us it was okay. We eventually gave back the loaner to swapped another car with a different service rep. Not a good experience here at a high end dealership. We purchased 3 vehicles here in the past, and sadly had an unprofessional service rep.

Not my nearest Jaguar dealership. However, great folks to deal with. Just had my 30k service, so nice to deal with professional people from start to finish. My f-pace running like a new vehicle. All completed in the time as promised. Unlike its sister Sarasota dealership. Keep up the good work.👍
