I had to deal with the parts department of Gus Machado Ford. Sad to say that I had to order the part, and it would take 2 days and today ia a week I am waiting and I have not heard from the parts departme Ford. Sad to say that I had to order the part, and it would take 2 days and today ia a week I am waiting and I have not heard from the parts department or the guy that I placed the order with and it is now I 7 days and nothing has happened, so I bought the part at another dealership and they were very pleasant and I will have the belt tomorrow and I am very pleased the the salesman and the manager I will have nothing left with Gus Machado Ford, or anyone of their staff, really a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THE STAFF of Gus Machado Ford. What a nightmare. My Ford entered for regular oil service and replacement of rear brakes (over $400 invoice) and got out with a problem in the front suspension. Later they charged me an additional $ 176 for and replacement of rear brakes (over $400 invoice) and got out with a problem in the front suspension. Later they charged me an additional $ 176 for a revision and provided a repair quote of $ 2,160. The problem? just alignment, because when they rotate the front tires modified the alignment. This dealer sooner o later will be out of business. Do not ever stop by Gus Machado. More

They wanted 400.00 for this service. I had to pay 125.00 for a fake diagnostic from this dealer. I decided to take the car else where to get a 2nd diagnostics. The car was perfect had nothing wrong with it. I have been driving the car for 2 weeks now and car is working perfectly. I've been trying to get in contact with their service manager Elizabeth and its impossible, I have left her several messages and she doesn't care to return my call. Terrible Company, Find somewhere else to take your car for service this is a horrible company. More

I Daviel Pinol brought my car TSX 2010 for service to you guys, Mr. Orlando Martinez and Joe Rogue told me that my will have to stay for r clear up. On 1/9/2014 I met with the V.P Victor in his office. When I returned the car to Hertz everything was fine no balance to pay. Then Hertz swept my Capital One Card for $963.00. Which was declined by capital one, when I called capital one, they made several calls to Hertz and Orlando Martinez which is the biggest liar I ever met, Mr. Martinez deny his story, and change all his promises. After being promised that they will supply me with a no charge rental from Hertz. Again, I sure this is not the norm you guys operate, I am very upset with the service and promises you guys offered customers. More

Great service. Brought my Taurus in for a fuel smell. It was so bad, I could not park it in the garage at home during the night because all the fumes were going into my house. The team at Gus Machado Ford t was so bad, I could not park it in the garage at home during the night because all the fumes were going into my house. The team at Gus Machado Ford took it to the back and Diagnose it. They quickly called me to advise me what the problem was. I said go ahead and do it. They did the repair.
