Scammers! Said they fixed car while under warranty brought it to them twice and 8 months later same issues are now worse and they will not help!! Left the service center in tears when they told me I would have to pay for the part and they would “do me a favor” and not make me pay labor. Now I have to come out of pocket to fix issues in a car I purchased less than a year ago.

Personable nice folks. I was in love with my car then the transmission failed, that was gollowed by being told if I replace the transmission the whole car would fall apart due to rust damage and we would be paying higher than the car cost to make it drivable again.

Buying a car from Lou Winz Auto has been a horrible ordeal. He doesn't follow through on warrantys, he never replaced parts that he said he would. I never even recieved any loan paperwork!! He has a dba (doing business as) Jack's Auto Sales, and also I found a Jayne Handscom dba Lou Winz Auto Sales. This man is highly suspect and has no integrity, even denied that Lou Winz was his name- that is it Lou Weinstein. There are far too many shady details regarding my car. <br><br>Do yourself a favor-- do not buy from this dealer!!

I not only found the car of my dreams but the whole experience was one worth sharing in a dealership review. Jr and the owner Richie treated us like family from the minute we entered the showroom. Excellent customer service was displayed with each contact and since I knew nothing about the nuances of a Range Rover, I called plenty and was never made to feel like a bother. They are very professional and shopped for an extended warranty for me to best suit my car needs. I will be telling my friends who are shopping for a great used car to go to Richie and Jr at Lynnway auto sales and encourage you to try them for your next car purchase as well. My first car, an equinox was great for me, but with the economy i wanted a new car that was more gas efficient. It was my first car, that I also obtained from West Metro. They were able to accommodate for my age and as a college student income. When i came back this time. The service was even better. I walked in and was greeted right away. I walked in and talked to the manager Lloyd and within minutes not only was the conversation short and to the point without leading me on. I compared their prices and they are the best bang for the buck with the best selection I have seen. I got a g6 when i came in today. I must say hands down the the best part about West Metro is the service. A smile and an eagerness to give information was around every corner. Even questions about carfax and previous maintainence on a used car. I was greeted 30 seconds later with a carfax statement freshly printed. When I test drove the cars were well kept and the salesmen, who aren't payed on commission, just open the door and let you go. It is rare to see the trust and kindness is rare these days. John was extremely knowledgeable. When it took a little longer than though to assure my car passed inspection, 5 minutes after the time it was supposed to be done. John came in, informed us and let us know that was taking so long. That is a sign of service to me. When there is a unexpected delay, because they can't be stopped all the time. They don't deny it or make excuses, they explain the situation and were kind enough to fill the tank for us. My family recommended lloyd and his team to me. Every time I go there, it is friendly service, i have never had to have a repair redone. Nor have I had a complaint about the staff. Lloyd is a great leader, and the team is as elite as they come. No xx, no pushing someone to buy one car or another. Just honest service. If you are looking for one of those rumored honest and good dealerships. Look no further. Its an hour one way to get there. I gladly make the trip each time for the people and the price at west metro auto, Lloyd and his team.

I am now the proud owner of a car that Mobico Auto Mart used as one of their personal vehicles for a year. How good is it you ask? Like the other reviewer I purchased the vehicle from out of state and should have had an independent mechanic check it out and I did not (shame on me.) Instead it cost me thousands in repairs for a collision that was just fixed to look good without really fixing anything There were broken bits and pieces everywhere and the body shop that repainted the damage said the paint was so poorly done that it was coming off when they just started to blow the dust off with compressed air! Mobico Auto is the kind of place that gives used car dealers a bad name. I would not trust anything they say.

I first visited Murphy Brothers on June 21, 2019, when he repaired the air conditioner on my car. He did good work, so I agreed to have him do further maintenance the following week to prepare the car for my impending move to Florida. On June 26, he replaced some belts and gave the vehicle its regular service appointment and a full inspection. I had asked him to fix the hood latch, but he ran out of time. He asked me to return the following week, saying that he would "need to lift it" to get to the latch. The car worked fine afterwards, and I was pleased with his repairs. However, on Wednesday, July 17 I had contracted a truck to transport my car to Florida. During the pre-loading inspection, we noticed damage to the car's body on the driver's side fender. On closer inspection, I realized that there were cracks and dents in all four corners where it would have been lifted. This must have happened at Murphy Brothers, as I haven't been to any other mechanic since then. I immediately contacted Murphy Brothers Wednesday afternoon, using the email contact form on their website. I shared pictures of the damage from before the car was loaded for shipping and included those photos via a Dropbox link in my communication with Murphy Brothers on July 17. Unfortunately, I couldn't bring the car by, because we couldn't delay the shipment and we already had flights to Florida booked for that evening. When I didn't receive a prompt response, I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, and later with the MA Attorney General's Office. Murphy Brothers' response was to claim that they didn't cause the damage and therefore would offer me no help. However, the car was in their possession three different times, including at least once where he had to lift the car and once where he gave the car a complete inspection. If the car had been damaged prior to arriving in his shop as he claims, I find it hard to believe that he never noticed this damage and/or didn't think it necessary to point it out to me before I left the shop. The car now has more than $2000 in damages.

I went to Oakland Auto sales because they were the only Taunton dealership with a five star review on this site. I wasn't disappointed. I highly recommend this dealership. Melissa and the mechanics were friendly, honest, and reliable. She answered all my questions and followed through on every promise. I needed to close on my outside financing, switch my insurance, and transfer my registration before everything closed down for Christmas. Melissa took care of everything. She was so thorough and efficient the loan officer at my bank even complemented her. This was the best car buying experience I've had.

Bought a 2008 BMW from them, the price was good, after an overview it needed some repairs they fixed all the big stuff, didn't nik-pick the small stuff which was maintenance items, the car drives great and was in good condition, great price based on miles, they took care of all the annoying paperwork and were very attentive and gave great customer service, they stock alot of nice cars at good prices, I would recommend this dealer to anyone, I will come back again when the time comes. Just take a drive down there if your looking for a used car, you won't be disappointed.

I went to Titan Auto group to look at a Subaru Forester they had advertised. Our salesman, Tear, was honest, friendly, attentive and accomodating. At no time did Tear apply any pressure or resort to dishonest tactics to get me to buy the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle, and Tear called me later that day to thank me for coming to Titan Auto group and buying a car. Tear also went the extra mile by delivering the vehicle title to my insurance company , over 20 miles away. He also had a sticker on the car and plenty of gas in the tank, when I went to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was clean, detailed , and ready to go! This is a fairly new dealership, and I would highly recommend Titan Auto Group to anyone who is looking for a high quality, affordable used car. I got a really nice Dodge Ram 1500 with only $2000 cash down at Truck World. They did for me what I didn't think was possible. I am very happy that I went there. I am creating this review because they were not listed in the Dealer Rater Dealer Directory under "Ford". But, they were listed under "Mazda", specifically: "128 Mazda". So, I stronglly suggest you go to that review site. I think it saved me from making a big mistake. Let The Buyer Beware

these people dan and judy manteuffel will tell you anything to get to buy one of their overpriced lemons. they do not disclose information about car you buy and we got an $8000 lemon. less then 60 days into loan second payment wasnt even made yet and transmission gone was defective prior to purchase as i had a transmission experttake it down and look at it. tranmission was completely burnt out in the housing, no fluids left!!! $3000 repairs and they will not do anything to fix this would never do business with them again or recommed that anyone else either
