I recently worked with Dave Manning to purchase an awesome used Ford F150 from out of state. Dave called me right away, provided me detailed pictures of the undercarriage and videos of the vehicle running, per my request. He was so kind and helpful all along the process. Even helped get me aligned with a transport company and called to make sure the pickup was what I had expected after it was delivered. And it TOTALLY WAS!! Dave was the best salesman I have ever worked with!! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well! Would definitely work with them again!

Everybody was extremely friendly. They have no pressure atmosphere. Their facility makes it very easy to see their inventory and road test the cars. They have a very large and varied selection of cars for sale. It was worth the trip.

Where to start. First off i'm a GSM at a GMC dealership in Massachusetts. I was searching for a specific toy that I wanted to buy as a christmas gift for myself and Warwick Autopark had exactly what I was looking for. I called and spoke with James, who is a man of many hats there...GSM, Sales manager, Finance manager salesman....everything. From the moment he answered my call to the day the BMW was delivered to me the process was beyond smooth and the communications were second to none. This was a first for my buying a vehicle from a dealer other than myself let alone sight unseen. He sent me countless pictures and videos to really give me a great look at the vehicle and save me a 12 hour round trip to go and see it in person. When the vehicle was delivered it was just as clean as the pictures showed, everything that was told and promised was exactly as stated. James is an absolute asset to the store and his knowledge of vehicles and customer service is truly exceptional. I personally would hire him in a heartbeat as he delivers the proper standard of how operations should be done. Thank you so much James and keep setting that standard of excellence.

David described the condition and sent many pictures, but I still concerned about spending (to me) a lot of money for something I couldn’t look at prior to committing. He listened to what I wanted, and even emailed several options with the payment breakdowns the next day. They gave me a fair trade in on my car, and were very efficient with the paperwork. He took the time to show me all the new features of my car and answered all of my questions. Previous visits to other various dealerships were not a positive experience for me. There was lots of waiting around, high pressure sales, and mistakes. But Vision is much different and I highly recommend them!

Exceptional customer service, courteous family atmosphere, fair and honest sales practice. Best buying experience I’ve had in my 50 years buying vehicles. Grant, the sales associate who handled the sale of my 2025 Sportage Prestige Hybrid was excellent. He was patient, thorough and accommodating. I never felt rushed or pressured by Grant or the financial associate answered every question asked and never tried to force unwanted options on my wife and I during the purchase.
