First off Robert's amicable approach to our needs was awesome. We came in with two "must haves" in a vehicle. Good AC and space for the growing family. Then he exceeded it by showing us this beautiful JGC Laredo. Great gas mileage, smooth ride, and great exterior appeal due to the color. He is definitely customer aware. We had portable fans that we used for our trip from Fort Worth to Del Rio; previous AC in car was awful, so he offered water/soda. Sat us in some comfy couches because he knew it was gonna be a long but stress free process. He was also aware of our time crunch. We had come in around 11:15 and we had to be gone by 5:45 to attend my son's graduation in Comstock. We were out by 4:30ish. Got good seat for the graduation. One discrepancy I can point out is he needs a stronger hand shake. 🤣

Grubbs should use Luke as the example not only for service advisors to follow, but sales people and anyone at Grubbs dealing with the public. The worst car I ever had to drive in my entire 20 years driving Carrier. I bought a new Nissan Rogue last year after 1st service water pump is damaged and after second maintenance service I got engine service due. Which looks a worst car I am driving. Please don’t buy this Nissan cars not worth at all.
