I recently brought in my 2014 Cadillac CTS with a Check Engine Light. I spoke with Mr. Darren DiPietrantonio about the issue. He had a technician troubleshoot the problem. Mr. DiPietrantonio made sure I had a ride home while the problem was being worked on. He contacted me periodically to let me know how the vehicle was coming along. Mr. DiPietrantonio and his staff were very courteous and professional before, during, and upon the completion of repairs! I picked up my vehicle which was washed and vacuumed. The problem with the vehicle was repaired and has been running great since! I was pleased all around with Mr. DiPietrantonio and his staff! Thanks again for everything!

This is more of a public service announcement than a review. If you've got a Bolt or similar Chevy electric car you'll want to avoid this dealership. My wife had a caliper get stuck on I-95 near mile 70. So she called Emerson and described the problem. The service guy's response was along the lines of "Yeah yeah, it happens all the time and you bought one of those 'odd ball' cars, that was what you would get." He also let her know that it would take 2-3 MONTHS to get it fixed. First of all the calipers on the Bolt are the same as on any other Chevy. The fact that he didn't know this is a bit scary. What else does he not know about brakes? Second, saying this to a woman stuck on the side of the road with her 2 kids on the Friday before Memorial Day isn't really good customer service. With friends like this Chevrolet definitely doesn't need more enemies!

I experienced a bait and switch style sales pitch, but relented just to get the purchase done with. afterwards the service department was unable to resolve an issue. I scheduled an oil change and as I left, spilt oil was burning off of the exhaust. A trip to another dealership resolved the afore mentioned issue in 20 minutes. Profile GMC is just in it for the Buck! How General Motors can allow them to act as a representative, Is beyond my comprehension. OHHH I said it myself.... It's an ACT!
