This is our third Silverado from this dealership and this was the easiest transaction. We noticed the improvements in all areas, Trade value, finance etc. We came in just to see what our options were and walked out a few hours later with our "26 Silverado RST. No Pressure. Jay Gomez was great. And Brian got us into a new insurance carrier with greater coverage for $180 less per month. Bonus!

Leaving the dealership and driving the car home showed a significant improvement in the ride and handling of the vehicle compared to my previous visit about a couple of months ago. So I appreciate the attention to detail the mechanic whom worked on my car performed. Additionally the wiper issue was resolved to my satisfaction. However I was disappointed how long it took to resolve the issue with the new wipers that were replaced in Dec. 2025 and soon after you could hear a screeching sound loud enough to be very annoying. It took about 3 or so return visits to finally replace what was obviously a defective wiper. The brake job concerned me only because I was in two months prior to replace the rear brakes with no mention of any issues with the front brakes and as I drove only about 2,000 miles the brakes became progressively worse as reported in my service visit. I know things can wear on a car but it’s a very low mileage vehicle that is hardly driven and when it is I’m the responsible driver. Never hard on the car. I know how important the GM survey I’ll receive is to your business and I don’t want to hold individuals responsible when your dealership up to this point has been outstanding in all ways not just with service. Ellie Snows follow up from Crabtree has been very disappointing and having me consider other options for servicing my vehicles and recommending your dealership. Sincerely, Ernest Scinto
