Terrible wait times, terrible communication. They stated even though my registered address with documentation is my actual address I had to switch my insurance to match the old address on my license. Waited several hours in the dealership with only one or two people looking at vehicles. I finally picked my SUV up and they forgot more paperwork. Days after they forget even more and I’m still waiting on a response about plates and other information after asking for over a week. Then they also said there was notary paperwork they forgot to give me last week to sign and overnight back. Horrible all around company. If I didn’t absolutely need this SUV I was going to walk out. Don’t waste your time here, no one knows what they are doing. I grew up working in car dealerships and this one is appalling.
