I had a great experience buying my truck from greenbrook GMC They work with me every step of the way Brandon my salesman was great. I went for first service, and that too was great. I wound up having a minor issue with my truck and Jason Bernhardt My service guy was absolutely amazing I'm a A tech also in the automotive industry and I was extremely pleased with my experience and I am extremely picky when it comes to having to bring my car somewhere for service. I live 40 minutes away from the dealer and because of Jason I would definitely go back there for service

Harry and his team was excellent Olivia, the sales person and Caitlin Internet sales advisor, work seamlessly together to have all the details worked out prior to the day of the car pick up. I’ve bought many cars in my past in similar fashion, but did not expect to spend less than 90 minutes in and out including the finance department. Overall great buying experience.

This is for service who kept my truck for 5 weeks and didn’t fit the issue. The second I drove out I could hear the front end clicking and the clunking in reverse. You’re a lier sir service was never complete. Never mind the steering issue on its forth visit still not fixed!! They also chipped the paint on the frame of my door. Didn’t fix that either. Major management changes and multiple employees no longer there, speaks volumes. Go somewhere else they are a hot mess.The one good person Bino is no longer there, the only one I trusted. Service manger rude, disrespectful, incompetent and lazy.

dropped off my car for an oil change on Saturday morning, and was told that it would take about 2 hours to complete the service, i waited about 4 hours and nobody called me about my car. I called the dealership to find out about my car only to find out that the service department was already called and nobody called me. good thing i was able to come pick my car up and pay at the sales department. Very bad service, and very disappointing! Highly doubt I will come back.

I brought a dvd player in to be repaired. It was working and playing movies but my toddler had put coins in the machine so it made a whirring sound. I paid $130 for them to take the coins out and had been told that the DVD player was working. Got it home and it did not work at all. So essentially I paid them to break the device and they will not honor the repair and fix it for me without having to pay them again. Which means they are calling me a liar and claiming that it worked when they gave it to me but it did not. They are dishonest swindlers. Do not do business with them.

Just bought a brand new GMC Acadia at Frank’s. I highly recommend coming here instead of any other GMC! The customer service is outstanding and it’s a family run business so they REALLY do treat you like family. Down to every last detail they ensure you are 105% satisfied with your vehicle before you buy. They are not your typical car salesmen and don’t try and sell you lemons or give you one liners. I’ve visited other GMCs that were closer to me but nothing compares to the caring nature and service you’ll get here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
