I'm overwhelmed by the amazing service. Both Lyza & Beth are total pros. Beth made room for an appointment on a busy week. Lyza sent me a free Uber back to my office & had the car washed!!! I brought my new Lucid Air in for a NYS inspection sticker. I was floored by the professionalism & customer service. Many thanks!! I guess my next car will be a Porsche EV! The service, the people and the waiting area at Ray Catena Porsche are tops. My service agent, Mike Indyk, is knowledgeable and trustworthy. It's more like dealing with a friend. I very much like their new service facility. I have never seen anything like it. Lots of well separated comfortable seating areas, great coffee and surrounded by loads of absolutely beautiful Porsches. I particularly loved their 1955 Porsche 550 Spyder Reproduction. Almost no need to go to Stuttgart. And, the service was performed much more quickly than I expected.
