Howells Motors Ford dealership in Lockport NY should be brought up on charges for knowingly selling lemons and covering up problems that will resurface when warranties or lemon laws expire when the customer is SOL. Possible tampering with odometer. Day I took delivery, the transmission pan leaked all fluid out needed to be towed to get fixed, ostensibly from being rotted out, ridiculous for such a low mileage vehicle (did they roll the odometer back?). Next day brake assembly was seized shut. Month later headlights stopped working, new harness was needed. All post lemon law. Few months later, truck needed a new starter, new alternator, new manifolds, new battery, new dipstick assembly, 4x4 hubs, oil pan, compressor, axle housing, and quarter panels suddenly were rusting through. I mean c'mon. Since the day I bought from them, truck has been in the shop more than on the road. Vehicle was 5yrs old and only 40k miles when I bought it. They knew what the sold me. Should have brought it back day one but my circumstances at the time prevented that and they knew it. My Bad for not doing so but this place should be closed for fraud. Surely this has happened to others.
