Had to have an engine replaced under warranty. Although corporate Hyundai wanted more testing done on the engine before they would approve the replacement, this dealership did provide me a new Hyundai to drive while I waited for the approval. I was in the loaner for 6 weeks at no cost to me. I'd like to thank Bryan, Jim, & Paula for whatever involvement they had in this! Now, have a 2018 with a brand new engine.

I must start out by saying that our salesperson was Shawn Herman. This is the second Hyundai we purchased from Cochran, but most importantly from Shawn. He is unlike any other salesperson I have ever met before. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, listens to what you are saying and is not pushy. He made the entire process of purchasing very smooth and not stressful in anyway. It was such a wonderful experience working with him. In addition everyone that works at Cochran are all very nice and helpful. Jim the manager worked on a few issues with us and he too was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating and polite. I highly recommend if you're looking to purchase a vehicle definitely give Cochran a try and make sure you request Shawn Herman. I can honestly say he is the best!!

This dealership is fraudulent, they gave me my car back, jimmy rigged and in unsafe conditions. The service department, staff, management(Alex) included, the head of all departments, need to be fired and sent to customer relations school!! The management of Wright/Hyundai dealership, allowed the technician, to damage my brand new battery, by drilling a screw into one of the battery post, both the battery terminals weren't secured, but loose and moving all around, which could've lead to my car stalling,a fire and an accident!!! Never was I informed of this, they just gave me my car back. The technician, also broke brackets within my engine, my car was smoking when I started it up, the oil stick compartment, is bent and when I addressed these issues, the service manager (alex) and head of all departments, got indignant and offered me no compensation. The agent( kristin), whom I feel is racist, lied on me, in an attempt to cover up the unprofessional conduct, of the service department. IF I could post the pics and footage, I would. I didn't pay all tht money, for a starter, for this dealership to "JIMMY RIG" my car, very unprofessional and very unacceptable!!! I would have been better off, watching YouTube or asking google, on how to replace a starter and did it myself. I don't give this dealership, one star, they're horrible, unprofessional and think it's acceptable to "JIMMY RIG", a customer vehicle, after over charging for repairs!!! The way tht my car was returned to me, also shows this dealership, lack of care for the safety of the customers and that's extremely alarming!!! I guess they believed, because I'm not a resident of PA, tht they could get away with "JIMMY RIGGING" and "DAMAGING ", my car, because I don't reside in their state.

Eleven years ago I purchased a Tucson at Moon township Hyundai, so when I was recently in the market for a new vehicle they were at the top of my list. On 9/17/22 my husband and I visited the dealership after about 2 weeks of online shopping to test drive a Kona. We were greeted by Rudy who took us out for a test drive. Rudy was very knowledgeable on the model and took the time to show me all the features in the vehicle. After our test drive, we decided to put a deposit down on a 2023 Kona Limited, and expected to take delivery mid October. I was pleasantly surprised when I had reached out to Rudy on Sept 28 to discuss finance options that the vehicle had arrived! The financing process was quick and very painless thanks to the legwork done beforehand by Rudy and Brenna (finance manager) before we went in that evening to take delivery of the vehicle. As the Limited had more options than the model I drove during my test drive, Rudy took me through my cars display to set everything up (his sound settings are on point, listen to this man!), how to control the sunroof/Moon roof, dash setting options, etc. The whole experience was very seamless. I am absolutely in love with my Kona!

Mike Kelly Hyundai has put me on the back burner every step of the way and has done absolutely zilch to make this already terrible situation better. They only decided to make Hyundai aware that we paid for the car because we forced them to, after 7 months of not getting financing secured and leading us on. I, without a doubt would never recommend anyone to visit this dealership. They are covering up their mistakes and are hoping to erase the whole situation. My dad left a comment on their facebook about our experience, which was swiftly removed from the salesman who sold us the car. Kinda funny how they preach "if there's anything you ever need, give me a call" but then suppress any bad press and ignore you every step of the way. Response from the owner 10 minutes ago Hello. We are disappointed to see your negative review and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experience. Our manager would like to speak with you and make things right. Stopped in to look at vehicles after an unfortunate run-in with a deer totalled our 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. They happened to be shorthanded that day and I was assisted by Chris Parker, Jr., one of the managers, and the dealership owner's son. I knew what I was looking for and he provided pricing that was much more competitive than another dealership offered. He was certain that he could get us better interest rates than the other dealership. Came back the next day and spoke with the sales manager who handled the credit application and offered a competitive price with every incentive we qualified for and also offered additional cash back to meet a third dealership's generous offer. My wife and I were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the sales staff and financing staff and made our purchase that day.

On Dec 1 2022, I had an appointment for an oil change. I arrived early as is usual for me, and was immediately taken care of. Not only was the oil changed,but the tires were rotated,a recall was taken care of, but an oil leak on the oil pan was also repaired. I believe this to be excellent customer service, and am in completely satisfied with my experience at Straubs.
