So was just told by Timbrook Kia in Cumberland, MD that the “Product Improvement Campaign” for overheating 2nd row seat rails is in fact a 2 service appointments process. The first appointment is “to see what kind of seats” are in the vehicle so they can order the appropriate parts! I bought the car from them, I had the first oil change done by them, they have my VIN # which he used to look up my Carnival while I was on the phone but all of a sudden they don’t know what kind of seats I have?
