I recently purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage Prestige, and I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service I received from Donny. His customer service skills were outsanding-he actively listened, was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. This is the third car I've purchased from this location, and I was intially unsure if the experience would match the high standards set by my former salesman who is no longer there. Donny reassured me that I was in good hands, but he was wrong-I was in great hands. I had considered other brands and wasn't certain I would stay with Kia, but Donny's patience, professionalism, and thorough answers to my (many) questions made all the difference. He was truly phenomenal, and the overall sales experience was marvelous thanks to him. Donny's outstanding service is what ultimately sealed the deal. Highly recommend asking for him if you're in the market for a vehicle! I am writing to follow up on my previous message regarding my concerns with the Finance Department. I am pleased to share that since then, the team at King Kia of Laurel has gone above and beyond to address my concerns and turn my experience into a positive one. I would especially like to recognize Larry, Carlos Mendez, and Matt Aglio for their extraordinary efforts. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Thanks to their support, I now feel confident and valued as a customer. The salesman showed us the different models and trim packages available at the dealership. Once we had settled on a vehicle the negotiation process went smoothly. Interactions with the finance department went well. Afterwards, the salesman went over the vehicle functions and features of the vehicle. The process was quick and easy.

Never EVER go to Holly kia. They make you sit for hours to wear you down, then push you through the paperwork at lightning speed so you don't catch how they rip you off. I mentioned the tires on the vehicle causing a vibration and wanted them changed before purchase. Salesman said they are new tires. So we buy it anyway, and of course the tire shop says we need new tires when we get it looked at the next day. The dealership couldn't even be bothered to put decent tires on to seal the deal. I'll never go back here. You shouldn't either.

I talked with Adel Milani (Sales Mgr) on the phone to get the out-the-door price on the purchase of a new 2025 Kia Sorento EX Hybrid. My wife and I went to the dealership and met with Adel and the salesman - Stephen. Wow, Stephen gave us a professional presentation on the 2025 Kia Sorento EX Hybrid and told us all about the SUV and answered all of our questions. He even helped my wife install the Kia app on her phone and connected it to the SUV. The people we met with - Adel, Chico and Stephen were both knowledgeable and super helpful. They didn’t try to add extras we didn’t want. This is a great dealership with very knowledgeable and pleasant staff when buying a car. Great sales and customer service !!! I would definitely go to Darcars Kia of Lanham to buy my next car for the excellent experience. Highly recommended !!!
