Stereotype dispelled - Ken_W
My recent vehicle purchase was my first experience with John Sauder Chevrolet. I will admit that I went into the dealership with an attitude, expecting to encounter the stereotype of salesman that had been formed in my mind by previous negative experiences with New Car Dealerships. Kirk Newcomer dispelled those notions as his professionalism and apparent honesty brought me back into a comfort zone which allowed me to make an informed decision about my purchase without pressure and without the feeling that I must be on guard for any deceptive practices. Kirk was very knowledgeable and responsive. He was eager to find answers to any questions I posed, and he was very helpful in finding the exact "up fit" equipment which I desired for my new work van, so that upon delivery I had everything I needed. Communication with Kirk was readily available and he followed up quickly on every detail. Kirk did his best to provide a buying opportunity which gave me options in finding a solution to my needs that were in my best interest.
Bottom line: Buying a new vehicle from Kirk Newcomer and John Sauder Chevrolet was a positive and pleasurable experience. I drove out of the dealership feeling satisfied instead of "taken". I will be a repeat customer.
