I recently went to Southern Kia in hopes of putting myself in a Kia Telluride. That experience was heart breaking and pretty sad to have no idea what was happening just them telling me I can’t do the car I wanted and asking me to switch. Next day I went into Casey Kia and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Charles and right out of the gate made me feel completely understood and actually kept me apart of the entire process of buying the car I’ve been wanting. I could not have asked or prayed for a better sales person to help me on my car buying journey! Highly highly recommend to anyone looking for a Kia or anything they would want!

Overall good until I was at Hime Depot down the street - NURSEAMYRN

Overall good until I was at Hime Depot down the street and the locked so I couldn't start it. I turned it off, waited a bit and it restarted. Took the car back to the dealership and it was taken into the shop. Came back out and I was told the car is fine. No messages of problems noted

I normally do not write reviews but the service Kia Military HWY is horrible. No customer service. The Tech lied and allowed me on the road with a object in my tire and did not tell me but wrote that I denied service. Went in for an oil change and called several times to ask the status and no one was able to assist me.
