I had a great experience at Impex Chevrolet. Demetrius never made me feel pressured and took the time to answer any questions I had. The whole process felt honest and straightforward. They even assisted with getting my rental car turned in at Enterprise, which I really appreciated coming from out of state. Thank you Demetrius, Josh, and Pablo for everything!

Went in today to look at Diesel Trucks. I am a repeat customer with The Flow Company. Salesman would not let me look inside without giving him my NCDL's. Will not be buying here. Can't believe Mr.Flow allows this mess.

If you see a negative review about this dealership, BELIEVE IT. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. They clearly do not strive to “Provide efficient communication and a positive experience for every guest.” The constant staff turnover says a lot about the environment and the level of service you can expect. I’ve been a loyal customer to Buick/GMC since 2017, but sadly, this dealership specifically has ruined that experience for me. I won’t be returning. And don’t let any follow-up response to this review fool you—beware. 0/10 I don't recommend.

Everyone was very nice there, but when I had an issue with my car, they didn’t seem to be too interested in helping. Also, my second key was taken home by someone and it has been almost a week and they still don’t have it for me. Very disappointed with how they are handling the conflicts I have with my car.
