Cedric walked us through the process and made it easy. I enjoyed speaking with Cedric’s about his very interesting background. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle we highly recommend Cedric!!! More

I'm the daughter of a local automotive shop 30 years running. I've never seen such a blatant attempt to rip people off. As well as denying a TSB for our Yukon. This place lives up to its poor reputation running. I've never seen such a blatant attempt to rip people off. As well as denying a TSB for our Yukon. This place lives up to its poor reputation. Robert Goode was rude and aggressive in our attempt to get him to respect the TSB on our Yukon. If you need absolutely need GMC dealer for a recall/TSB find a different location. These guys are crooks. We then listened to them happily bragging and talking crap about customers. A waste of our entire day. More
I made a service appt at Flow Chevy on Stratford Rd at 3pm on a Friday for a brake job. I was told by the service advisor that my Chevy Silverado Truck would not fit on their lift, because they have small 3pm on a Friday for a brake job. I was told by the service advisor that my Chevy Silverado Truck would not fit on their lift, because they have small lifts. He proceeded with another lame excuse by telling me a 3pm appt was too late for brakes. They close at 6pm. He finished by assuring me that I could get my brakes done for "much cheaper" elsewhere!!! Basically...they were too lazy to do their job on a Friday afternoon. I called the following Mon, Tue and Wed leaving messages for their service dept manager. I never even received a courtesy call back. I would NEVER do ANY business with Flow Chevrolet. Go elsewhere... they just don't care about their customers! More
I want express my appreciation to the Flow GM team I worked with recently to purchase a Certified Used 2020 Ford Explorer. I had the pleasure to work with Todd Millroy, Charles Walker and John Spradlin. worked with recently to purchase a Certified Used 2020 Ford Explorer. I had the pleasure to work with Todd Millroy, Charles Walker and John Spradlin. Everyone was courteous, professional, thoughtful and very easy to work with from start to finish. We began our communication over text and worked with Todd the sales manager over the phone. We had some difficulties along the way getting approved but eventually was pre approved with our own bank. We traveled an hour to get to the dealership. We were met by Charles upon arriving who let us test drive the vehicle and come back to begin the paperwork process. Let me note it was late in the day probably 20 minutes before the dealership closed all employees still willing to work with us no matter the time that it was. During the process however our bank took back the approval we spent 3 hours trying to work this issue out eventually speaking with a VP from our bank to approve of the loan. It was around 11:30PM when we were all said and done and got to leave with our Explorer. John and Charles stayed the whole time with us and overall made the situation much better regardless of the outcome those guys deserve more than a thank you for taking that time to stay over that long until we figured out a resolution. Needless to say even after dealing with our bank which is not the dealerships or any employees fault this was an awesome buying experience overall. The pricing on the New Vehicle and the Trade In was truly fair. I’m very glad to have had this transaction with the team there and again a huge thank you to Charles Walker and John Spradlin! Awesome job to you both and keeping a calm demeanor despite the time and issues we were having. More
I have been a long time customer of Flow in Winston Salem, mostly Audi, but more lately GMC because their service department was so good. Since Covid I have seen a decline in Customer Service specific Salem, mostly Audi, but more lately GMC because their service department was so good. Since Covid I have seen a decline in Customer Service specifically from the GMC service department on Stratford Road. And it's all little things, but the net result is that I am likely not coming back as a customer when I'm in the market for a new vehicle. A couple examples - the seat and steering wheel settings are different when I get the truck back from service. I've had a service manager, sitting at her desk tell me to call their 800 number to schedule service while I'm standing there in the service center making an appointment. This morning, I brought my truck in for an emissions inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I was leaving it and was told it would be ready around 2-3 hours after dropping it off. When I asked for a shuttle ride, I was told that they would not offer me a ride because I wasn't having enough service done to the vehicle. Therefore, I cancelled my appointment and will have the services done elsewhere, likely at a lower cost. I will not be back to have my truck serviced at Flow and I seriously doubt I will be a repeat customer when it comes time to replace this vehicle. More
I’ve bought a few vehicles from the flow family in my day. Started with a Honda oddessey, then an Audi Q7, and my last purchase was a nice Lexus LC 500. All flow and all good experiences. But then covid day. Started with a Honda oddessey, then an Audi Q7, and my last purchase was a nice Lexus LC 500. All flow and all good experiences. But then covid hit and they seem to have no idea what they are doing for the last couple of years. I for one, will not accept that as an excuse anymore. I just got off the phone with Brian, who says he is the sale manager at the GM store after frustration with phone and online communications from his store. he rebuttals with an explanation (excuse) for the poor service. I don’t need an explanation, I need good service. Those were my exact words to him. Then he tells me I have a salty attitude. That’s what you get for giving a manager an explanation of what went wrong. I hope flow turns it around because this is not the first time in recent experiences with the Flow brand that I’ve experienced such low level of service and discourtesy. What was once the pinnacle of service in the auto industry is unfortunately a rusty wheel that is not spinning anymore. So sorry Brian for giving you a minute to explain what went wrong. I’ll take my salty attitude to a dealership that wants to earn my business. More
Service department did a good job, but the car was not as clean as I thought it would be. Would go back again, but hopefully clean up will do a better job next time. clean as I thought it would be. Would go back again, but hopefully clean up will do a better job next time. More
The people at the service department were nice, but I didn't feel like they took my concerns seriously and cost a little too much for what was done. didn't feel like they took my concerns seriously and cost a little too much for what was done. More
